We want our guests to feel welcome and at home, so we welcome you and your small pet to our one floor plan villa in this pet friendly gated community. The master bedroom, decorated in a Tommy Bahama style has a queen bed, with cable TV, sliding door out to the screened lanai overlooking the lush, tropical back yard and all new bedding. Ensuite master bathroom has double sinks, walk-in closet and private walk-in shower and toilet. The guest room, well separated from the master bedroom, has two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed, door out to the screened lanai, cable TV, all new bedding and adjacent full bath with tub. We have provided a well equipped kitchen for all of your cooking and entertainment needs. Conveniently located in the kitchen area is a computer armoire for all of your business needs, or just to stay in touch. The villa is equipped with wireless internet connection and all phone calls inside the US are free. Other amentities include freshly painted throughout, five paddle fans, vaulted ceilings, skylight, large living room, dining room and cozy family room with TV/DVD, two car garage and private laundry room with washer and dryer. With the beach just 20 minutes away, we offer beach chairs, beach towels, picnic basket and cooler. You bring the sunscreen and swimsuits!

This secure gated 55+ community enjoys paved walking trails, a fitness center, heated pool, tennis courts, meeting rooms, pool table and picnic area. An active community that offers fitness classes, card clubs and weekly TGI Friday cocktail parties just to name a few of the activities available to our guests.

Property is also available for yearly rental for $1,500.00 per month unfurnished or $1,800.00 per month furnished.

This less busy corner of Florida is a beautiful place to enjoy the winter, yet conveniently situated for discovering the region. St. Pete's and Tampa to the north, Sarasota to the south and the most beautiful white sand beaches and sunsets to the west, there is a huge variety of things to do and places to visit.

Bush Gardens is only one hour away and Disney, Universal and all that Orlando has to offer are less than two hours away. A visit to the Mote Aquarium on Longboat Key, Fort DeSoto where the Spanish first landed and discovered Florida, the Pittsburgh Pirates Spring Training facility, Bradenton Botanical Gardens and the Robinson Preserve along with the Ringling Museum are just a few of the many attractions of the area. There are numerous world class golf courses between 5 and 20 minutes by car. Including the Arnold Palmer designed "Legacy", University Parkway, Manatee County, Palma Sola, River Run, Rosedale, Preserve, Peridia and many more. All of these courses are public; however some may give tee time priority to members.
