Enjoy staying in this quiet residential neighborhood with a beautiful landscaped backyard designed to relax.

This two bedroom, two bath furnished home has just a little under 1000 sq. ft. of living space.

Equipped with all appliances ( glass top stove/oven, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker etc. and all kitchen utensils) this rental has all the conveniences of home. Phone with free natonwide calls, cable TV, VCR/DVD and wireless high speed internet (for your laptop) is available at no cost. The residence is on the second floor and has central heat and air conditioning. It accommodates up to 4 people comfortably with 1 queen size bed and 1-2 twin size beds. Baby crib, highchair, stroller and car seats are available at request. Pets up to 20lbs. are allowed with a unrefundable pet deposit.

This is a non smoking,clean home. ( Smokers can enjoy the covered porch area)

Located just 1 mile from beautiful Anna Maria Island and the Gulf of Mexico Beaches in Bradenton. Just a 90 minute drive to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World , etc. in Orlando.

Shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, golfing, bowling, and fishing are all just within one mile. Parking for your vehincle(s) and/or boat is also avaiable.

Bradenton/Sarasota offers concerts, performing arts and museums. The area is well known to art and theater enthusiasts

Lodging Tax: incl.
Deposits: Short term renters up to a 1 month stay require a 50% reservation deposit due at time of booking. Long term renters up to a 90 days stay require a 25% deposit due at time of booking to reserve specific dates.

My husband and I were very pleased with the accomodations and the hospitality of the onsite landlords. Nearly avery weekend a bonfire/snack group was available to allow us to meet the other renters and to get to know the landlords better. I even borrowed baking powder from Doris! This rental is located near stores of all types, and is about 15 minutes from many water activities. Thanks again for making our stay so enjoyable.
