We held our family reunion here and were very happy with everything. The kitchen and dining room tables had enough room to accommodate all 7 of us comfortably and the bedrooms were well spaced for privacy. My family and I stayed at this amazing house March 1st-March 8th. It's absolutely beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. Everything we needed was there to make our stay perfect. We would defintiely reccommend this house 100%. We had plenty of room for my husband and I and our adult children as well. Perfect!

Our family spent 2 weeks here and we were in love with it. The house was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our large group of 9. The pool/pool area was also very large and we thoroughly enjoyed it too. The gated community was very quiet and mad us feel very secure while we were there. We would definetly recommend this vacation home to anyone who is interested...a 5 star indeed!!! Also the owners were very easy to deal with and answered any questions/concerns that we had...thanks again Fred and Donna!!

this is our third year at mandalay and we enjoyed it all. The house had some new additions to it and was spotless when we arrived. Every day we had super weather -only had rain a couple of nights. we love the area and mandalay is a very quiet gated community -all the residents have a yard sale in March but this year they did not have it so we did miss that -you also get a chance to chat with the people who live there hopefully we can back next year - thank you Fred and Donna for letting us enjoy your beautiful home

Beautiful Home, Awesome Vacation

The home was huge and beautifully decorated, and very clean. Kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything you could need. Bedrooms were large, beds were very comfy. Closets were stocked with lots of linens, including towels for the pool. Nice laundry facilities. Pool was warm, and the outside area overlooking the lake was great for entertaining. Pictures do not do the house justice. We felt very much at home. The house was central to great shopping and restaurants and easy to get around. We had a wonderful vacation.It was the first time we had rented a home for a week, it was a great experience... a week was definitely not long enough. Would love to do it again. Thank you to Pauline for answering any questions and to Fred and Donna, you have a beautiful home. Thank you for sharing it with us.

5 Star Florida Vacation

A fantastic house. Although not on the beach the pool and patio with lake view more than compensate. Easy to get to off I75 and close to shopping and restaurants. Good golf within 15 minutes. We hope to return next year.

Thank you for your kind review. We agree with you regarding our lakeside heated pool vs. the beach. Unless one is directly on the beach (very high rent), you need to drive and tote your stuff there. In the winter months the Gulf water is freezing cold, and you have to use the local concessions and public restroom facilities. We are close to a number of restaurants, the outlet mall (SOF, Brooks, Polo, etc.) is two exits away on I-75, and there are ten golf coures nearby. We are happy that our house fit your needs nicely, and hope to host your return visit. Thanks again!

We LOVED this house!! The pictures don’t do it justice. The house was very clean and the furnishings are beautiful. Looked like everything was brand new. There was more than enough room for four single women who are used to their own space. Bigger families or groups would have plenty of room, too. We loved each having our own bathroom and bedroom and our own part of the house. Plenty of space to go and get away if we needed to. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals in. The pool area was beautiful. The pool itself was large and the there was plenty of deck space for hanging out or eating outside. There was interesting wildlife out around the lake. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt perfectly safe. The location was great. Convenient to several beautiful beaches, lots of shopping and close to grocery stores, Wal-Mart, etc. Lots of stuff to do in the area. The owners were easy to work with and we appreciate them letting us use their home for a week!!

We had 8 guys use this place for a golf trip and had lots of room. We never felt crowded at all. This place is very upscale decorated and in a nice gated community. Communication with the owner and managing group (Pauline) was great and made the reservation very easy. I would definetly use this place again and higly recommend it to others! Rick
