This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with den attached Villa is located in Tara Golf and Country Club. The villa features a master bedroom with walk-in closets and a full size bath with tub and separate shower. The den has a sofa bed for guests. The living area opens up to the lanai for enjoying comfortable relaxation outdoors. The large eat in kitchen overlooks the living/dining area. A washer and dryer is located in the villa for added convenience and a 2 car garage. Cable TV is provided. Golf Membership is transferrable for $200.00. This allows occupants to play golf on a private course for reduced rates, unlimited practice range and enjoy all the amenities including dining in the restaurant, exercise facility, tennis, etc.
Area Information
Tara is less than 1 mile west of I-75 and offers easy access to some of the most popular areas the west coast of Florida has to offer. Located 20-30 minutes from Siesta Key, St. Armands Circle and the Ringling Museum. Other beaches within a 25-40 minute drive include Bradenton Beach, Longboat Key, Lido, Anna Marie Island and Holmes Beach. If you like shopping, fishing, and dining you will be centrally located to all of these activities.
