The River House on the Beautiful Manatee River offers adult one bed room one bath and one room apartments with efficiency kitchens, 300 - 700 week 1000 - 2000 month all utilities turnkey furnished. Three units to choose from each with a different atmosphere. Each unit sleeps 2 adults and 2 children.
A thematic eclectic mix of period antiques and modern decor. 2-6 month stays available with electric and water non-furnished.Two units are polished terrazzo flooring with knock down plaster walls.The one room ensuite unit has wood flooring and stained glass windows.
The River House is a Haceinda cottage style Boutique Vacation Villa Oasis in the heart of downtown Bradenton on the Manatee River. We offer a coastal xeriscape and eco friendly green environment.
Wake up on the veranda with your morning coffee with gentle breezes and moss covered trees overlooking the beautiful Manatee River. Wildlife animal lovers dream quiet hospitality among the moss covered oaks parrots, manatees and soaring ospreys. Pet friendly non smoking adult accommodations. Close to shopping, downtown, boating and beaches. Dipping pool and fruit trees. wifi, cable, maid service, outdoor grill. A slice of Americana!

This was a lovely, well maintained home. In reality the pictures did not do it justice. The house is lmmaculate and has every possible amenity.The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
