Party house on the Beach!

Two houses sit side by side and share a back yard. The back yard has to enclosed outdoor showers, 3 bbqs, a fire pit and lounging chairs with tables. The houses are in fair shape and looking to be filled preferably with full shares but half shares are accepted. Range of full share is $1350 to $1500 per person from Memorial Day to the end of September. The houses are on Ocean Ave and seconds away from a large beach. You can view the beach from the upstairs decks on both houses. People in their 30s range from easy going to party animals. Different outdoor activities happen every weekend. This will be our 5th year renting these houses and will continue to do so for many more. Join us!
