Description of the Bradley Beach vacation home rental

Great beach house, directly across the street from the beach!
Two houses sit side by side and share a back yard. The back yard has to enclosed outdoor showers, 3 bbqs, a fire pit and lounging chairs with tables. The houses are in fair shape and looking to be filled preferably with full
shares but half shares and week only rentals are accepted.
The houses are on Ocean Ave and seconds away from a large beach. You can view the beach from the upstairs decks on both houses.
3 Bedrooms enough for 8 full shares or flexible to work on a calendar for families during the week.
Flexible Weekly rates starting from $650 Monday Noon - Friday Noon

Flexible Full and half Share rates depending on interest.
Summer Season Mid May - Mid September

Backyard includes outdoor showers, grills, patio furniture. Indoors full kitchen, 2 full baths, Living Room, Dining room, A/C in the bedrooms, sofa bed on main floor. Beach entrance is a few steps away, plenty of parking. Not a bar town so the town does not get large bar crowds, however bars in neighboring towns are a very short and inexpensive cab ride away. Wonderful restaurants on the main street in the town. Bradley Beach train station minutes away. Easy access from NYC - Train, Garden State Parkway and Rt 18!
