Great beach house, directly across the street from the beach! 2nd house in from Ocean Ave.
The back yard has an enclosed outdoor shower and shares 3 bbqs, a fire pit and lounging chairs with tables.
The house is seconds away from a large beach. You can view the beach from the upstairs deck.
Summer Season Mid May - End of September
$14,000 for the Summer Season.
Backyard includes outdoor shower, grill, and patio furniture. Indoor: full kitchen, 1.5 baths, Living Room, Dining room, A/C in the bedrooms, sofa bed on main floor. Beach entrance is a few steps away, plenty of parking.
Area Description
Not a bar town so the town does not get large bar crowds, however bars in neighboring towns are a very short and inexpensive cab ride away. Wonderful restaurants on the main street in the town. Bradley Beach train station minutes away. Easy access from NYC - Train, Garden State Parkway and Rt 18!
Short taxi ride to bars and for the kids, a petting zoo is nearby.
