Description of the Brainerd vacation cabin rental
Enjoy the quiet solitude as you relax in our spacious two bedroom cabin with all the amenities of home. Enjoy this spacious home overlooking beautiful South Long Lake ten miles south of Brainerd. South Long Lake is a 1300 hundred acre lake offering great fishing, waterskiing, canoeing, sailing and swimming.
The cabin sleeps up to eight and has two bedrooms, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, breakfast bar, dining area, living room and a bathroom with a tub/shower. All linens and towels are included. A washer and dryer are located on the first floor. There is a TV, VCR, and video games in the living room along with a futon sofa. The lower level has a bar and a game area.
The deck overlooks the lake with just the right mix of sun and shade. There is a table, chairs and charcoal grill on the deck. There is a fishing boat with motor available for an additional fee. There is a phone in the cabin. The dock has a tanning area. A campfire pit located by the lake is great for making s'mores and watching the gorgeous sunsets while listening to the loons call the end of another perfect day in paradise.
There is a maximum of six people in the cabin. There is an additional charge for more than six people. There is also a fishing boat with motor available for $100.00 per week. Inquire about pets.
Area Description
The Brainerd Lakes area offers a variety of activities including shopping, fishing, boating, golf, tennis, biking, hiking or quiet walks. There also are many restaurants in the area. The cabin is great for just resting and relaxing. Start the day with a cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the lake. The kids can enjoy swimming or catching fish from the dock. Bring your own boat or use the fishing boat at the cabin. The lake is fun to explore. You will enjoy watching the loon, osprey, and bald eagles. The area is also wonderful for biking on the many quiet roads.
