Description of the Brainerd vacation home rental

Book a minimum two-night stay, Monday thru Thursday and receive a $25.00 gift card!

This handicap accessible, 2 BR, 1 BA home features an Upnorth Decor and is surrounded by 40 acres of nature's beauty and is the only home on the property.

In the living area, you will find a cozy sofa, Futon for extra sleeping space, or just relaxing, CD player, and a 19' TV with satellite.

One bedroom offers a KING bed, dresser, chair, and lights to unwind with a good book. The other bedroom has 2 TWIN beds with small dresser/night stands next to each bed.

The FULL kitchen offers a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, and cooking utensils. Everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. Enjoy that meal at the dining room table gazing out the window at the Great outdoors, or on the Spacious outdoor deck. For those warm summer nights, we also have air conditioning.

The bath features a full shower& tub, and ALL your linens. And, for your convenience, there is washer & dryer.

Centrally located between Little Falls, Camp Ripley, and Brainerd/Baxter.

Area Description

You can enjoy many activities on-site, or nearby. Bring your boat or jet-ski and with plenty of room to park your trailer, you'll be able to enjoy one of the areas more than 465 lakes and rivers. Or maybe it's the more than 1,200 miles of groomed snowmobile trails that start right out your backdoor you'll want to enjoy. Spend a relaxing day bike riding or walking the 70 mile paved Paul Bunyan Trail that winds through the forest, shoreline of 21 lakes, and intersects 16 communities. After a challenging game of golf on the more than 520 holes of golf in the area, be sure to check out one of the area's many fine restaurants. Or, perhaps it's the unique shopping experience that is calling your name. Whatever your favorite activity is, this home will help make that perfect vacation come true.

While you are out, don't forget to check out the area's entertainment as well. Only 30 minutes away is the town of Leader, home to the Famous Pig Races. Enjoy a family fun evening watching and picking which little piggy will be the winner as they race around the track. Or, enjoy a lazy evening watching the Northwoods League baseball team, The Brainerd Blue Thunder. Brainerd International Raceway is only 20 minutes away and offers many Drag Races and Bracket Series to enjoy.

The area also offers the Pillsbury Forest, Paul Bunyan Land (home of Paul and Babe the Blue Ox), hiking, biking, fishing of many different species, hunting, wildlife viewing, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, horseback riding, shopping in many of the areas quaint shops, ATV riding, mini-golf, roller blading, guided fishing trips, and much, much more

We had a ball!! Thank you so much - the cabin was so welcoming and comfortable. We just wanted a little getaway during spring break and the kids and I spent hours walking through the woods after a fresh snowfall. It was everything we had hoped for - peace, quiet, nature, and exercise - we are happily exhausted!

We came to Rosing Hill to escape the fumes in our house while new wood floors were being installed. We were delighted to find a little goldmine! The house is so nice and homey. Lots of personal touches made us feel so comfortable. It was bitterly cold out so we mostly stayed in for the two days we were there, and it couldn't have been cozier!
