This Log Cabin is newly acquired and furnished and sitting right in the heart of Branson. You’ll enjoy the feel of being in the wilderness while being within walking distance of Branson attractions and shopping. This log home features 26 foot vaulted ceilings and open log beams. It has two bedrooms, one upstairs and one down, both with king sized beds, and two baths, one with a double rain shower and the other with a rain shower and a Jacuzzi tub. It also comes with a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, including a full sized front loading washer and dryer, and a cozy living room that includes a stone fireplace and 46 inch flat screen TV. The spacious dining area opens onto a screened patio overlooking your own pond. For your entertainment we feature Wifi, cable with three flat screen TVs with Blue- Ray DVD players, Netflix and a WII. A self-inflating queen sized Serta Dual Chamber airbed is available to accommodate two additional guests. We also have a porta crib and stroller to accomodate the little ones.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath cabin is located in the heart of Branson, right off 76 nestled in the woods with a pond view. The cabin has ground level entry with one bedroom down and one up. It has a private porch and screened patio overlooking a pond, and 1300 SF of living space! The large master suite is upstairs and has a king size bed, 32 inch LED TV, Blu-Ray player/internet apps, DVD/book library, a sitting area, and a view of the pond. The master bath is equipped with a double rain head shower. The second bedroom also has a King size bed and 32 inch LED TV with Blu-Ray player with internet apps, large mirrored closet, and semi-private bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full sized fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, a smooth top stove, microwave oven, and dishwasher. At breakfast time you'll enjoy our double sided Belgian Waffle maker. The dining room has a table with additional leafs and six chairs and has access to the screened patio. The Living Room has a beautiful stone gas fireplace, a 46 inch flat screen LCD TV with Cable, Wifi, blu-ray player/ with internet apps, and soundbar with powered subwoofer. For your enjoyment, we also have a WII system. Unit includes a full size washer and dryer.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS –
A thirty(30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
Deposits
DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within five (5) days of booking the reservation, three (3) days if 30 days or less to arrival time. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
All keys are left in the LOCK BOX and unit is left locked.
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
No linens are lost or damaged.
NO early check-in or late checkout.
The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement.

The cabin is located in an area of exclusive cabins right off 76, the Branson strip, in between the Tanger Outlet Mall and the Factory Merchants Outlets, north of the Pressley Theater, and near the Grand Village, Andy Williams Theatre, Ride the Ducks, Branson Variety, Circle-B, Baldknoblers, Americana Theatre, Starlight, Titanic, Clay Cooper Theater the Hollywood Wax museum, and White Water. You are a short distance from Table Rock Lake Dam, and the Table Rock State Park. You will have year round access to an indoor swimming pool, Exercise Room and Game Room.
