Deposits: This is just like booking a hotel room. All charges are done by Stonebridge Resort. Deposit for first night of lodging will be charged to credit card 30 days prior to arrival or at time of booking if arrival is in less than 30 days. The total charge for the reservation will be charged to the credit card ten days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. If reservation is canceled more than 10 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded. No cancellations within 10 days of arrival.
Other Fees: We always offer at least 10% discount off the resort rack rates. Discounts up to 36% for week-long and longer stays.
