Our property is nestled on a mountainside on the sparkling shores of beautiful Table Rock Lake with 800 miles of gorgeous shoreline. Our condos are TRULY exceptional and typically book months in advance. There is nothing comparable on Table Rock Lake, and weeks fill quickly! Early reservations are highly recommended!
Our condos are a very spacious 1250 sq. ft. (larger than most 3 bedroom condos) with two king-size bedroom suites, plus a queen sleeper sofa, with quality bedding. There are two full baths, each one has a jacuzzi tub.
Views of the lake and mountains are spectacular. The balcony, accessed from the great room and bedroom, includes table and chairs and a gas grill. The great room is very spacious, complete with a wet bar. The kitchen is fully equipped including refrigerator, stove, microwave, ice-maker, coffee pot, toaster, blender, two sets of pots and pans, two sets of beautiful dishes and quality flatware.
There is a full size washer and dryer, an ironing board and iron, and hair dryer in each bath. All linens are provided. There are 3 TV sets with cable TV, 40 channels including HBO, a Sony DVD player, a VCR with free movies, a CD player, plus 3 telephones, one cordless.
The condo is exquisitely decorated, custom draperies, art, and accessories, and the floor plan is quite unique. Angled walls, split bedrooms. Our guests are always "wowed" when they walk in the door! Our condos are FAR from the "typical rental".
Area Description
Within the beautiful 150 acre wooded resort, you will find a swim beach, two swimming pools (one is Olympic size), hiking trails, mini-golf, tennis courts, basketball, archery, volleyball, canoes, paddleboats, rowboats, a playground, and an indoor activity center with movies and games.
We are located in Kimberling City, home of the celebrities who perform in Branson. Summer Fresh, a beautiful new grocery store, is very close by. Just steps away from our condo is a sand beach swimming area, a boat launch, and boat trailer parking.
Also nearby is a full service marina where you may rent pontoons, speed boats, jet-skis, or a boat slip for your own boat.

My family stayed at this condo the week of Thanksgiving. This was the most relaxing vacation I have had in a long time. My daughters (ages 8 & 12), husband, and I loved walking along the edge of the lake and up through the woods. We rented the paddle boats and fished, played miniature golf, and visited Talking Rock Caverns. We did not even go into Branson. I loved the peace and quiet of this location and would love to come back in the summer to really enjoy all the lake has to offer.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the condo on Table Rock Lake. We had my 88 year old mother with us and the layout and amenities worked great for all three of us. Some relatives from Ohio met us in Branson and came out to the condo for dinner one evening. They were impressed. We would definitely recommend it to friends and hope to return ourselves someday.

The decorations and furniture were very nice which is a pleasant change from most rental condos. This is the first condo that actually had a fully equipped kitchen! The view was sensational. April 15, 2005 -- We had a great time and the condo became "home" almost immediately. We truly felt as though we were staying in the home of very close friends. The "little things" make a huge difference! The size, location, furnishings, etc. of the condo were everything we expected based on the information on the *MyLakeCondo*com web site. On top of that, the little things like post-it notes, pens, key trays, video movie library, good quality flatware, coffee filters, dish soap, more than ample "starter sets" of soap and tissue, etc., etc., etc., really made staying at your condo something special. Additionally, we appreciated having a short drive to the Branson attractions but being in a quiet and relaxing environment when we came "home". Thank you for making this condo available.
