Description of the Branson vacation condo rental

3 Bedrooms & 3 Bath penthouse (sleeps 6-maximum of 8 per fire code) approx. 1500 sq. ft condo with 2 King Beds on main level. The master retreat offers dual sinks, skylight and luxury tub with whirlpool. The 3rd bedroom, loft area w/2 Twin beds and bath overlook the living area from the Juliet balcony. The sun room is suitable for year-round living and overlooks the pond, fountain and brook plus some views of the Pointe Royale golf course.

Amenities: Wireless High Speed Internet, 4-telephones, 4-Cable TV's, 4-DVD & VCR's players, 4-Ceiling fans, Central Air Conditioning, Fully equipped Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Range, George Foreman type indoor grill, Crock Pot, Coffee maker, Cooking utensils, Washer/Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board, Whirlpool in Master Bath, Two Outdoor Pools (shared) w/hot tub, Kiddie pool, charcoal grills (shared), picnic tables, walking trail, game room and playground area.

• Other Fees: One time $75 cleaning fee due. All rates INCLUDE the 11.6% tax. Stay a week and ALL the fees are INCLUDED. Add additional 3% if paying by Credit Card. With everything going up in price, we have NOT raised our rates. SAME RATES AS LAST YEAR!

 Beautiful condo near everything, May 22, 2008

We recently stayed here for two days and wish we could have stayed here longer. It provided plenty of space for my family plus my mom and everyone had their own bathroom. The rooms were nicely decorated and we really enjoyed the sunroom in the mornings. The only negative I would say was the downstairs neighbor. She was not friendly at all and we had to be extremely quiet because she complained when we walked around upstairs. But, my boys liked it their so much they wanted to move to Missouri.
