Welcome to our little piece of heaven in Branson; we think you will love it here! We have a great location and are convenient to all Branson has to offer.
3 Bedroom - 3 Bath penthouse condo (sleeps 8)is approx. 1500 sf., with 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, and a Queen sleeper sofa. There is a screened enclosed porch that overlooks the pond, fountain and brook, with views of the Pointe Royale golf course.
Amenities: Wireless High Speed Internet * FREE long distance telephone service * 4 TV's with Expanded Cable * DVD players * Central Heat & Air Conditioning * Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ ice maker, range, coffee maker, cooking utensils * Washer/Dryer * Iron & Ironing Board * Whirlpool in Master Bath *
All linens provided (bedsheets, bath towels, pool towels & kitchen towels) Other amenities include hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, plastic trash bags and more.

Fantastic Condo

This condo is just gorgeous. It is so clean and very nicely decorated. There were four women in our group and we had plenty of room. A bathroom for each bedroom made getting ready quite easy each morning. I have stayed at other condos in the area and this was one of the nicest by far. My friends were impressed that the cost was so reasonable. Stephanie was very pleasant to work with. We will be staying here again on future trips to the Branson area.

Very clean, nice condo

We stayed a week here and enjoyed every minute. The condo was in great condition and very clean. All the furnishings and decor are top quality - nothing feels cheap or neglected. The owner, Stephanie H., was easy to work with and responsive in communicating. The only two things I disliked are 1) the MBR door can't be locked, and 2) the loft bedroom doesn't have an actual door on it. These two oddities are the only quibbles. I would rent it again. We've stayed on this Wyndham property once before in a rental unit and it is a very nice place; it is well kept and in a good location.

All the condos in the complex were built the same way; but we will take your comments under consideration to add a lock on the master bedroom. The loft bedroom is built in a way that is totally private, but you are correct, it does not have an actual door on it. Thanks again for your review; we appreciate it!

Condo was everything that was promised. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room. Very clean and everything is there. Just bring clothes and food everything else is provided. Nice ammenities also. Pools were clean and nice. Would def. recommend to others.

My mom, her 3 sisters, and I came to Branson a few weeks ago and spent a week at your condo. The condo was wonderful in every aspect...very clean, spacious, well decorated, and very close to all the local attractions. All the beds were extremely comfortable just like sleeping at home :) It was nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom with 5 women getting ready for the day each morning! If anyone decides to vacation in Branson, they should look no further. Staying here would be a bonus to their trip! Thanks so much for making our vacation a pleasant one to remember for years to come.

We thought the condo was awesome and had so much room. I loved how secure the area felt. We could walk around without worrying about anything. The condo was beautiful and more than we anticipated. Better than the pictures can show. Would love to stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our little get-a-way. The decor was homey and relaxing. The layout was wonderful for 3 couples as the bedrooms were adequately separate with each having a nice size bathroom directly attached. We spent hours on the screened porch overlooking the pond with ducks and turtles to entertain us. The open kitchen and family room allowed us to spend quality time together.

The Perfect Place When Meeting in the Middle

The Harris' condo is the perfect place for gathering with a group of friends. We had three couples all converge on Branson and the layout and amenities were wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend or a better place to stay!

to add to others' comments; great stay for us much cheaper than others as the price quoted for a weekly stay included tax and cleaning. A great plus for us was a computer room up the street; we used it several times as we did not bring a computer. The beds were great, the bathrooms great, highly recommended

My family had a great time staying in the Condo. It was perfect, a bedroom and bathroom for every couple,my niece slept on the sofa sleeper. Having the kitchen and dining area was great. It worked out to be cheaper per couple than getting a hotel room with the same ammenities. Stepanie offered many recommedations on shows, dining, route tips, and was absolutely great to work with. A++++ I can't imagine going back to Branson without staying here again, and I know my family feels the same. We couldn't have asked for more.

Our family all met in Branson and stayed at the Condo. Really spacious, everyone had their own bedroom and bath, which was great. The swimming pools were really nice and condo was great and we had everything we needed. Thank you Stephanie!

The condo was very large and clean. It was in a good location, just a short 5 minute drive to route 76. There were two couples in our party and the condo had plenty of room and privacy at the same time. Basically it the a great decision to stay there. I defintely would recommend it.

My family and I found this condo to be extremely clean and well appointed. The owner Stephanie was extremely easy to work with. The location is also great away from the strip traffic but not far from one of the local shortcuts. Great for kids too, lots of pools, playground, and game room area at clubhouse.
