Branson, Mo vacation rental (#38915)

Write a review Loved the condo. It was better than we had thought due to the price being lower than the other places we had checked. It was nice and clean. The only problem I seen was the $65 dollars we had to leave for cleaning of the condo because we had to clean the dishes, wash and dry the towels we used and strip our beds, and then pay for the cleaning crew??? But all in all it was great and would probably stay again if the chance came up!! VERY CLEAN with a nice compliment of dishes and pans in the kitchen. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Quiet location. The condo is on a short street 1/4 mile from Hwy 76. Staying here we were within 5-10 minutes of numerous shows and restaurants - that's even taking into account the S L O W traffic around Branson. It was easy to get to the "Red" and "Yellow" routes to avoid traffic on Hwy 76. I agree that it could use another recliner in the living room for a more relaxing setting, however, I don't think it would work with the sofa bed pulled out. For the little time spent at the condo this really was not an issue. We would stay here again - especially at the great price. We enjoyed our stay at Branson, in this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. It was very clean and had everything that you would need. My opinion it does need more T.V.'s, perhaps a bigger one in living room. And it would of been nice to have a king size bed in the master suite. The beds did sleep well though, just not enough room for us. Thank you for allowing us to stay, we will definitely use this again in the future! Enjoyed staying in the middle of Branson close to all the action and the benefit of no noise. Very easy access to major roads. The only improvement would have been more t.v's. Very clean and diffently would stay again in the future. Thank you Dorothy and Doug. We will recommend your place highly! We had a wonderful time in Branson and it had a lot to do with our pleasant stay at this condo. Our family created such great memories and we will be back for more. What a great condo at an unbelievable price! Close to everything, yet nestled in a quiet wooded area. It was well stocked and beds were great. We have 7 kids ranging from 2 to 19 and on a limited budget. Staying at a hotel would require quite a few rooms. This worked perfect for us and I hope it is available again when we decide to revisit Branson. Great experience. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for our family. The location is wonderful. The teenagers had a blast being able to walk wherever they wanted to go. It would have been nice to have additional TV's (not everyone wanted to watch the same thing). We did have a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much Doug and Dorothy for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were great. It was very centrally located, yet away from all the noise. My family had a great time. Very quite and close to the strip and outlet malls. Wish there was more places to sit in the living room area. Has a full size washer and dryer. We would recommend this place. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent price for what we received. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking accessories and dishes. The only thing I missed was another television in the bedroom. We will definitely stay again. The place was big enough for 8, clean and well located in the center of all the action in Branson. We would recommend it! We have rented many condo's and town houses in the past, so this compared pretty well. We did however find the "stripping the bed and putting them in the bathtub a little strange..as well as starting a load of towels before leaving.." but what the heck... The only draw back I could find is that it needs more seating in the front room area..another chair or loveseat would have been great, we had to have some sit at the kitchen bar (high stool seats) as we visited. Overall, good experience and would rent again.
