WHAT A VIEW! WHAT A CONDO! BRING YOUR BOAT!

I hope you don't miss this great contingency to stay in condo! Bought and lovingly decorated for his precious daughter Natasha, this is like no other condo you have ever seen.
Bright and beautiful, filled with Yakov's own paintings, you will feel a world away. The condo is in a premier gated development on Table Rock Lake. Called "THE VIEW" for a reason, you can see the lake in every direction, watch the Showboat Branson Belle go by and enjoy beautiful sunsets.

The condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath attached. The master has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower, but the other also has a full bath.

Plenty of seating in the living area, enjoy relaxing here and watching a Yakov performance on DVD or sit on the patio and swing in the hammock or build a fire before walking down to the lake or the marina.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make any meal you would like, and as you gather at the table, have fun laughing, talking about a once in a lifetime trip. (Or once a year!)

Great condo!

we enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was very nice and well maintained. The snacks were greatly appreciated. The only negatives were the distance to Branson and restaurants and the beds were harder than we're used to. Those were small things, however, and our overall stay was very restful and relaxing. We enjoyed it immensely.

The condo was beautiful and the view was beautiful. We really enjoyed our time there. It was great to sit on our balcony and watch the geese fly by. We had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. It was close to Branson shows and easy to travel back and forth. We loved the privacy it afforded in the midst of a community of condos. It was everything we needed and much more. We would love to be able to stay there again sometime.

WOW! A huge bang for our buck here!

We visited Branson during Thanksgiving, and this condo had all the luxuries of home. The kitchen contained everything we needed to prepare our holiday dinner. Big, soft cushy towels in the bathrooms and candles by the whirlpool tub were great. Each room contains Yakov's private memorabilia - the real thing - not just prints. The living room has plenty of room to relax, and the massage chair was awesome! Who got the next turn in the massage chair was the only thing our family disagreed about on this trip! By far, the best thing about this condo is the breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake. Step out onto the patio, down a few steps, and you are right at the water's edge. We were wishing it was mid-July so we could take a swim! This beach area quickly became the favorite of our pet, as she was able to run and fetch just like home. You're away from the crowds and traffic here, yet just a short drive to all the Branson fun. You won't find a better place to stay in Branson!
