Hello! Looking for the perfect spot for your Branson vacation? You just found it!
The condo is remodeled and very nice. This location makes it even more enticing.
The condo has new tile, cabinets, granite counter tops, vaulted ceilings, one mirrored wall in the living room, new furniture, lcd tv's in each bedroom as well as the living room.
We are on the very Southern edge of Pt. Royale resort which allows you breathtaking views of the Mother Nature, Taneycomo Lake and Table Rock Dam.
From your patio you catch the best of Mother Nature but when you walk out the front you'll find 2 Tennis courts, exercise facilities, indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddies pool, hot tub and the clubhouse for our 18 hole golf course just one block away.
The location gives you great flexibility. Most guests travel to Branson with one car. Some of the group may want to go to a show, theme park or shop while others don't. This location allows you to do both.
We're a secure and gated community where the stars live. They choose this location because of it's proximity to the lakes, shows and amenities.
It's the best Branson has to offer.
I live in Branson. I give my guests all kinds of recommendations. Perhaps a little affordable restaurant you might not find or where to get some cool "freebies".
You'll save by renting from me (the owner) rather than a rental agent. All pictures you see are the real deal.

Home away from home.

November 17, 2010

We were very pleased with the location, king beds, and christmas decor inside the condo. Much better than any hotel. The owner was very nice and a pleasure to work with. Complementary coffee and popcorn was even available. Very clean and fully equipped. We look forward to staying there again.

Great Location and Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was in A-1 condition and was very private with a beautiful view. It was close to shows and restaurants. We would stay there again.

Nice Location, Good View

The condo is great for two couples since both bedrooms have king size beds. It is in great shape with nice furniture, offers a good view, and is in a great location. We especially liked staying in a gated community. The owner sent a list of restaurant suggestions. The two we tried were wonderful. We would stay there again and have recommended it to friends.

Hello Nancy. You mentioned the 2 king beds.
When potential guests contact me they typically want to know about the location and view but the big issue with 2 couples is....WHO GETS THE KING BED!
That's why I gave away a perfectly good queen bed and went with 2 kings.
Very very few condos have 2 kings. It made a big difference.
I'm glad you enjoyed them as well as the condo and it's setting.
I'm also happy you enjoyed my restaurant suggestions. Those are places most folks never find.

Q:What is there to do in Branson?

A:It is probably easier to list what can NOT be done in Branson.
We have over 100 live music/theatric venues. (More seats that Broadway, New York.
Theme parts range from water parks, Silver Dollar City, Branson Belle, Dixie Stampede and many more.
Branson has become a mecca for shopping at our many brand name outlet malls.

Q:What makes your condo stand out from others?

A:Several things.
1. Most condos sit with another condo behind them. Ours is on a bluff overlooking the White River basin. Nobody wants to be sitting enjoying their breakfast from the lanai only to see another guest looking back at them.
2. Our location is peaceful and looks at Mother Nature but you can walk 1 block from the condo to our Clubhouse with pools, restaurant, golf and more.
3. We ripped everything out and remodeled from the floor up. Our neighbors have the same floor plan all the others have. We have a different look and a kitchen island which our guests LOVE.

Q:What's the most favorite activity near the condo.?

A:Wow! That is an impossible question to answer because our condo is very close to so many things ranging from fishing to theaters and theme parks. Every direction you turn there is something for you.
