Description of the Branson vacation condo rental
Winter is great, as we have a Fireplace to cozy up to.
Unit 6309,3rd floor unit, Elevator Bldg,Has an awesome
full Lakefront view. Our 2 king bedroom suite is located on the Ground Floor. BOTH UNITS NEW 46" FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD.IN LIVING AREA,AND ALL BEDROOMS, KITCHENS:HAVE NEW
GRANITE COUNTERTOPS,SINKS AND FAUCETS.
Paradise Point 16 person outdoor spa is open year round,
as is the indoor tennis,volleyball or basketball court.
No need to bring your equipment as we have it for you.
We also have a cardio equip.room so you can keep up your
exercise program. We also have a playground open year round.
Paradise Point property is a short distance from Big Cedar Lodge, with many walking trails,restaurants,entertainment
etc. Big Cedar wilderness club is part of Paradise Point,
within 3 blocks of Paradise Point is an INDOOR POOL,
WITH JACUZZI FOR YOUR USE.
Spring is also great as the Dog Wood,Cherry Blossom and tulip trees are in Bloom.Take walks thru the property trails,along the Lake, or thru the woods.We also have bicycles to use.
Spring thru December are wonderful for Fishing for,crappie,
small mouth Bass,large mouth Bass,either from our dock,or on the Lake.
Our Large Outdoor pool opens for Memorial wknd.
Boat slips are available for a fee of $15.00 24 hour rental.
We have plenty of parking for your Boat and trailer.
Paradise Point is small, just 4 bldgs. So,you never feel crowded anywhere. Our buildings are concrete and steel,
which gives you total quiet, while inside your unit.
We have large outdoor patio's with furniture and grills.

my husband and I have stayed at P Point several times and rented from Jan a couple of those times--she is very easy to work with and helpful..all the personal at the Point are great also. the condos are always clean and well taken care of as well as the grounds--we rented a boat slip as usual and it has easy access also..our children and grandkids have come with us some and they love the pool and all the sports equipment that is available.. our grandson can't get enough basketball or pool time. All in all a very relaxing ,great experience. we will come back as soon as we can.

Awesome Condo!

We came to Branson with our 4 kids for spring break. This beautiful condo was perfect for us. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us plenty of room to spread out. The view was great and we spent a lot of time on the deck just relaxing. The pantry was fully stocked with staples above and beyond what would be expected. It was also very nice to have a laundry room in the condo so I didn't have to return home with an overwhelming laundry pile. The kids really enjoyed the sports court and used it several times a day. You could tell that this condo was very well constructed because it was so quiet. Our kids would be watching movies in different rooms and you could not hear them at all. The owner was very helpful with directions and with grocery and restaurant suggestions. We especially liked the School of the Ozarks restaurant she suggested, and that is not something we would have known about without her help. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is the hot tub was closed while we were there and that was something we were looking forward to. If we come back to Branson, we would definitely try to stay there again.

We loved the condo - the view of the lake was very nice. The condo is very spacious which we appreciated greatly while traveling with children. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. It was a little cold for us to take advantage of the outside area but everything looked nice with plently of room around the lake for activities. The kids enjoyed the indoor sports complex and the pool. We all enjoyed ourselves and would recommend the condo/resort to anyone that asked. Everyone was very nice and polite at the resort.

This is a nice place, I and my family will stay there again. Condo was clean, upkept and had more than enough aminities in case you forget something. Kitchen was well stocked with any dish or extra spices folks previously had left. Loved haveing the separete room for baby and her parents away from the noise. Great having a baby travel crib and high chair. Near to the water for fishing from the bank or 2 docks. Hot tub was great. Took back hiways to Silver Dollor City and Downtown.

We really enjoyed our week long stay at Paradise Point. Fishing was so convenient as the boat dock was just a short walk away. The kids and I really enjoyed the indoor tennis--great for rainy days! The lake view was beautiful and we enjoyed eating out on the patio. The condo is within 20 minutes of Silver Dollar City where we enjoyed the American Craftsman festival. The pool at the condo was great, but the heating system was not working so we could not use it on the cooler days. Other than that, we loved it there and plan to go back again next year!

Exceptional Condo

We enjoyed the two bedroom condo very much. It was very nicely decorated, clean and had recent updates (granite counter tops, large flat screen TVs). Kitchen supplies were exceptional and there were good quality cooking pots, pans, dishes, etc. Everything you would need to prepare meals. We used one of the two aero-beds and it was great, very comfortable. Patio was nice too with well-maintained outdoor furniture and a nice gas grill. I was very impressed and we would definitely stay in this condo again.

Perfect holiday

Just recently spent a couple of great nights and Thanksgiving Day with family at the newly Paradise Point Condo. It turned out to be one of our most perfect holiday experiences. Very easy to get to and from room (with elevators)....had rolling carts available. Room had a beautiful view! We were able to cook the holiday meal without any problems...had utilsils, pots, pans, plenty of room to eat, including 3 tables and comfortable seating everywhere, plus bar room. Beds were great. TV's in every room. Neat terrace (patio) overlooking lake. One beautiful cold night we went hot tubbing at the spacious swimming pool area behind our condo.Sorry we missed the sauna in halls...maybe next time. Later after the meal, the whole family went to the domed Sports Center across from condo, played tennis and basketball and other games....which we liked very much----since it was cold outside and we all needed a good workout. Really loved this dome....had a blast. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Desk clerks were exceptionally friendly and helpful...called to make sure everything was ok and had gotten in room ok. Went to Big Cedar(some on shuttle) to eat a nice dinner out. Very peaceful and calming night with well lighted areas. This was trip was so enjoyable. Can't wait to do it again.

Excellent facility and location. Great touch to have the bubble for indoor tennis and basketball - loved getting some exercise! The condo was spacious, clean and lovely. I would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.

My family came down for a boating weekend. We had my elderly parents with us and the flat ground made it easy to acess the boat slips. The Lake is family-friendly, clean and not crowded. I read the other persons comments and we didn't have any problems with the phones or the internet connection during our week long stay. The pool and hot tub were great! The condo was clean and the kitchen had more than I have at home! We enjoyed the view from the deck and the bar-be-que pit was an added bonus after a long day on the boat. I have already booked for next August and I will definitely share the website and information with my friends and collegues.

We used this place for a nite stay after a "girls" weekend shopping trip-it was a great place to kick back and were all able to stay together-we split the price and was much cheaper than renting something on the strip. Wasn't too far away from shopping-great, clean, awesome view. Would recommend!!

we were a group of 8 ppl. and we enjoyed our stay in this beautifully furnished condo. we were happy to have all amenities aboard. gas grill was cool too. and the view from balcony was really nice. all the games and sports avaiable onsite provided us with ample opportunity to have fun. small pool and spa were good too. will def recommend. :)

Our vacation was lots of fun. The condo was very nice. Only issue was that I was told there was internet connection which was very important to me as I teach classes online. When we arrived, there was no internet, and when I called my representative I was told to log on to some one elses wireless, but there was none. It did create a bit of a problem for me as I had to work online. Also two of the telephones did not work. Other than that, it was very nice. We worked around the issues but I did feel it was somewhat misrepresented to me.

Beautiful condo with great facilities. We enjoyed the indoor tennis court and hot tub. Took about 25 minutes to Silver Dollar City on the 165/265 route and only 15 minutes to malls.

We didn't actually stay in this particular unit, but the owner referred us to another 3br/2bath unit at Paradise Point and it totally exceeded our expectations! The condo was so nice and it was worth the 20 minute drive from the strip. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks so much for your help in making our Thanksgiving weekend a blast!

My husband and I stayed in the 3 bedroom condo. becuse we wanted to see how it would be for our family vacation next summer and it was beautiful, spacious, clean, and you did not have to bring one thing. I wanted to go home and remodel when we got back and copy the owner's taste because it was so warm and inviting. The enire complex is so well maintained and everyone that you come into contact with are so nice. Branson Landing is very close and so many nice restaurants there plus I love the shopping. We were 10 minutes from a great grocery store and pharmacy and other local restaurants. The roads are really well maintained and it is an easy ride to the resort as well.

We actually rented the 2 bedroom condo that the Maddens have on the 1st floor. It was roomy and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was impressively well stocked with high quality cookware and all items you would have at home. (some were nicer than I have at home) The view is beautiful! There is a large sports center available just across the road and also a game room and exercise room in the office/ club house. Overall, for a great home away from home experience, this rates at the top of the list.

Totally awesome experience from the time we walked in until we had to leave. Absolutely beautiful condo with everything there you could want. Wow, what a view from the deck! The condo was very spacious and so warm and welcoming. We just can't say enough good about it and we are already planning with other family to make a return visit next year. There were four adults that shared the 3-bdrm condo and we all felt the same way about it. It really is hard to find words that can describe the wonderful week we spent there. The location was great as well. We definitely will be returning.

Rented a 3 bedroom for 6 nights in early June. Rooms were very nice. Clean & spotless. Kids enjoyed the pool, although it was not heated.

The condo with everything!

We spent five days at Thanksgiving this year at Paradise Point. It was wonderful! The condo is spacious, well decorated, and totally relaxing with a gorgeous view of the lake. Everything you need is supplied, especially in the kitchen. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner, grilled steaks on the balcony, watched all the football games and had a great time. There was even a crib and high chair for the baby. We hope to go back when we can take advantage of the beautiful pool.

WOW. One of the cleanest and best managed Condo we have ever stayed in. Our whole family had a great and relaxing time in their spacious Condo. Mrs. Madden went out of her way to make sure that all was perfect. Her units have everthing that you have at home, plus more. Movies, Books, TV, VCR, DVD plus cable, The kids had a great time in the heated pool. We loved the outdoor Hot Tub (pool).

A group of fishing buddies & I just stayed at this resort to take in the recent Bassmasters Elite Pro Series at "The Rock". We had excellent bass fishing from this clear water small mouth fish factory. This is definately a place we will return for the Midwest's premier trophy smallmouth fishing. The dock was an easy flat walk, the ramp and trailer storage were 1st class adjacent to the full electric boat dock for battery charging.
