Paradise Point, New 2,&3 bedroom,boat slips,wi/fi (#5334)

Write a review My husband and I stayed in the 3 bedroom condo. becuse we wanted to see how it would be for our family vacation next summer and it was beautiful, spacious, clean, and you did not have to bring one thing. I wanted to go home and remodel when we got back and copy the owner's taste because it was so warm and inviting. The enire complex is so well maintained and everyone that you come into contact with are so nice. Branson Landing is very close and so many nice restaurants there plus I love the shopping. We were 10 minutes from a great grocery store and pharmacy and other local restaurants. The roads are really well maintained and it is an easy ride to the resort as well. The condo and complex were clean, but we were very disappointed with the lack of any lake swimming area at the complex. There is adequate great location where a beach used to be, but we were told that it was ruined by the 2008 flooding. The pool was rebuilt and different from the pictures shown. Why wouldn't/couldn't the beach be rebuilt? That was the key reason we selected a complex on the lake. The lack of that facility left a large gap in our plans. There weren't even any facilities for swimming from the docks. Nice Condo, average complex. Also, eight hard miles to grocery store. We actually rented the 2 bedroom condo that the Maddens have on the 1st floor. It was roomy and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was impressively well stocked with high quality cookware and all items you would have at home. (some were nicer than I have at home) The view is beautiful! There is a large sports center available just across the road and also a game room and exercise room in the office/ club house. Overall, for a great home away from home experience, this rates at the top of the list. Totally awesome experience from the time we walked in until we had to leave. Absolutely beautiful condo with everything there you could want. Wow, what a view from the deck! The condo was very spacious and so warm and welcoming. We just can't say enough good about it and we are already planning with other family to make a return visit next year. There were four adults that shared the 3-bdrm condo and we all felt the same way about it. It really is hard to find words that can describe the wonderful week we spent there. The location was great as well. We definitely will be returning. Rented a 3 bedroom for 6 nights in early June. Rooms were very nice. Clean & spotless. Kids enjoyed the pool, although it was not heated. We spent five days at Thanksgiving this year at Paradise Point. It was wonderful! The condo is spacious, well decorated, and totally relaxing with a gorgeous view of the lake. Everything you need is supplied, especially in the kitchen. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner, grilled steaks on the balcony, watched all the football games and had a great time. There was even a crib and high chair for the baby. We hope to go back when we can take advantage of the beautiful pool. WOW. One of the cleanest and best managed Condo we have ever stayed in. Our whole family had a great and relaxing time in their spacious Condo. Mrs. Madden went out of her way to make sure that all was perfect. Her units have everthing that you have at home, plus more. Movies, Books, TV, VCR, DVD plus cable, The kids had a great time in the heated pool. We loved the outdoor Hot Tub (pool). A group of fishing buddies & I just stayed at this resort to take in the recent Bassmasters Elite Pro Series at "The Rock". We had excellent bass fishing from this clear water small mouth fish factory. This is definately a place we will return for the Midwest's premier trophy smallmouth fishing. The dock was an easy flat walk, the ramp and trailer storage were 1st class adjacent to the full electric boat dock for battery charging. Stayed in unit 6309,3 bedroom, summmer week.June 2006 Our Mother Loved the Porch, with the awesome views, tried to get out there every day to see the Showboat go by. This unit was the most complete condo we have stayed at.Very Clean.The furnishings and bedding were not the usual condo type. They were more like a tuscan home. Our children loved the pool, and we loved the spa.The pool and boat slip was a short walk, and easy walking. Had to drive about 3 mi. to Grocery Store, and to Restaurants,but it was a very quiet,Friendly Resort. We'll be back next year! G.& K.Stockmann & Family
