It was a nice condo. They were remodeling the outside of it tho and scaffolds that you had to walk under. The air conditioning did not keep up it was very hot in there after about 12 and stayed that way until morning. But he condo its self was very nice on the inside.

We had a fabulous time at the Condo. We brought our small dog and I was very pleased that when I was walking the dog in the morning that there was a dog park at the bottom of the hill. Our pet was able to run around in a secure area. There was a table for me to sit at and enjoy the morning. I was also surprised to find out that at the bottom of the hill there was a trail that lead to the water! Several residents were fly fishing that morning and were very friendly to me and my pet. I talked with a couple that live at Pointe Royal and they told me that they liked having "rental" families on the property with well behaved pets. Everyone that we talked with on our walk were very welcoming. It was so peaceful and a great way to begin my day. The Condo was very clean. I enjoyed the bathrobes, it was a nice personal touch. We have stayed at Pointe Royal with our family many times, and this was the best location that we have ever had. It was in a private area that was quiet and close to the clubhouse. We went to Whitewater and Silver Dollar City. It was close, so we were able to come back and drop off kids or freshen up during the day. I would recommend going to Silver Dollar City after 5pm, for $25. We also went to Branson Landing and the Outlets. We resevered this last minute and we will come back to this Condo again. Rented this condo for our trip to Branson and couldn't have asked for more. Comfortable and roomy, very well kept. Loft bedroom was great for my girls and they loved that there were games for them. Exceptional condo for an exceptional price, will definately stay there again

We stayed in a different building this time. The rooms we had smelled bad. Every night we would have to call the desk to have them turn on the outside lights to the building. I will not ask to be put in that building 7 again. We have always stayed in building 4 and was always happy.
Very lovely condo. Very clean and neat. Close to everything. Convenient drive to large grocery store and shows. Really enjoyed the indoor pool during our stay. No more hotels for us, this is the best. Really liked keyless entry system too! See you next time we come to Branson. Carole & Tom
