Country Christmas family get away
December 2, 2012
This was a great condo at a great price! It was very clean and well stocked. My husband and I took our daughter and grandson (3 years old) and we all loved it! It was so well maintained and clean, that I did not worry about my grandson playing in the floor etc. We did not get the condo with the lake view but it didnt matter. You could walk a little ways and see it but we were not there for lake activities. The condo is pretty close to everything in Branson and no problems with traffic at all. We usually go at least once per year and will definitely stay here again. The owner and site manager were both very helpful and we just loved the place. We will definitely go again!

My family and I went to Branson for shopping weekend. I booked this condo online and it was the best decision I made all week. The view of Lake Table Rock was beautiful as well our spacious condo. Check in was simple and the unit was spotless.

We were pleasantly surprised to have the building pretty much to ourselves when we visited so it was very private and quiet. Nicely furnished and great view off the back deck. The only issue we had was with the fishy smell in the kitchen (particularly in the sink). It lingered throughout the visit. Great location, accurate information about the unit and friendly owner. We will be back.

First of all the condo is just as pictured. It is located in a small 4 building, 9 condos each complex which assures you that it is not going to be noisy. We were lucky enough that most of our stay we were the only ones in our building. The view is spectacular, with an unblocked view of the lake. During our stay the trees changed colors almost daily so the trees across the lake gave us a new color palate each day. This location is close enough to Branson to make it an easy drive to all the "action", just down the hill from Silver Dollar City, and close to a Walmart in Branson West. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. This is a condo that we will be revisiting.

Wonderful, very clean, quiet, lake front condo

The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is beautiful!!! New, clean, very nice furniture, comfortable beds, granite counter tops, wonderful lake view. Everything my husband and I wanted for a quiet, very relaxing weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed fishing and relaxing on the dock. Cannot wait to visit again!! Jeannette was wonderful to work with regarding our trip!!!!

Perfect location and Condo

We recently stayed at this condo and it was all we expected and more. We have stayed at many different condos on Indian Point and we will definitely return to this one. It was clean, wonderful view and had all the amentities of home. Wi-fi in the unit which made for a strong signal which was a plus for us. Complex is called Rockwood "Resort" but the complex felt more like home without all the overcrowded parking, pools, etc. Pet friendly so we took our dog with us. I was worried that she may hear noises from the other condo units and bark but the condo is very sound proof and we did not hear our neighbors at all. (unlike other condos that we have stayed in at other resorts) The docks were fairly new and when we got there a jet ski was parked in our spot but one call to the on site manager and they immediately went down to the doc to correct the issue. We could not have asked for more. Would definitely recommend this unit. I never write reviews and would like to keep this unit a secret for my family but want to give credit where credit is due. Thanks Jeannette and Carol for a smooth, enjoyable stay.

We had a great time staying at Rockwood Resort. Perfect location. Away from all the traffic and busy strip, but close enough that some drove in a couple of nights. Boat slip available, and just a few minutes to SDC. Our family ranged in age from 2 to 79, plus 2 dogs. All had a wonderful time. The pool was awesome for the 2 yr old twins, it was slopped like a beach. We enjoyed the lake with the boat just a few steps away, and also brought our kayaks. The condo was super roomy and clean. Jeannette was great at answering all our questions before hand, and only a phone call away if needed. Steve and Lona were onsight and helpful. We would love to come back here again!

We all loved the condo! It was perfect for our family. It was so nice and clean. We went to Arkansas last year and rented a condo and it wasn't near as nice as this condo. Plus, this one was cheaper! This is a place where we want to return to! The only problem we had was our neighbors parked their Excursion and boat in front of our back doors on one side and the other neighbors parked their truck and 2 seadoos.
