I'm not sure this will even be posted but here goes. The rental is a DUPLEX! Nowhere in the description of this rental is this ever disclosed. The owners go out of their way with their wording to make sure this is not known by the renter until they arrive. The dishwasher didn't work, three of the beds were hard as rocks, the refridgerator did not work (upstairs), the air conditioning was a joke! NO ACCESS TO THE DOCKS!! Television reception sucked, inclosed porch was unusable because it got too hot out there even when the door was left open to inside (air conditioning sucked), DIRTY with cobwebs everywhere, peeling linolium throughout the place, the grade of the yard was horrible making it nearly impossiblle for our older guests to enjoy lakeside activities,NO SMOKE DETECTORS! microwave oven smelled of smoldering wires when in use. This was a horrible rental which led to a horrible vacation experience. Stay at the resort on coney island instead! The ppl there were good as gold!

Before you decide to book this house keep in mind that this is a DUPLEX and not a single family home! The owners do not list this anywhere in their description. Also keep in mind that the beds (except for the master) are HARD AS ROCKS! The kids had a better night stay than the adult because they slept on the couches! The steep grade to the lake that the picture depicts is three times worse than it seems! And the docks are off-limits so the kids have no fun watching others jump from their docks while they wade in the water. The door handle to the sliding door downstairs broke the day we arrived and we had to take out the air conditioning filter and clean it because the DUPLEX was sooo hot when we arrived and wouldn't cool down. This is not worth the money when you can find much better in the area for less $ with a pool and other amenities. The ONLY reason I chose this place is because I thought IT WAS A SINGLE FAMILY HOME! I HATE sharing my vacation with neighbors!

The house was spacious, well equipped with everything we would need. Attention should have been given to the cleanliness. Three of the beds were very uncomfortable. When the air kicked on, there was a banging noise in the vent. Overall, we had a nice stay.

We enjoyed the lake house, there were 6 adults and 6 children ages 14 to 8. The kids loved playing outdoors, we used the fire pit one night. All in all a good experience.

What a wonderful place - Coal's Landing. We had such a great time and the boat was great fun. We highly recommend and look forward to returning there again in the future. Nice touches and great communication! Thanks for offering a great dog friendly accommodation!

The place was fairly well stocked, very clean. We had plenty of room for every one. Beautiful view. They take into consideration the suggestions left by the guest. It is about a 20-25 min. drive to Branson. That was the only minus we had. It will be a great place to go for the summer and some boating.
