Available to you this year for the first time: The Legacy! Come and enjoy the home our family treasures. We welcome you to relax and breathe free here in the serenity of the Ozarks. The Legacy is nestled among the hills of our 850 acre Triple-G Ranch. It's peaceful and quiet here, yet the Legacy is located only 10 minutes north of Branson and thirty minutes south of Springfield. We are ideally situated for quick and easy access to Silver Dollar City, Shepherd of the Hills, and Table Rock Lake via the new Ozark Mountain High Road (bypassing congested Highway 76). Closer still, are Branson Landing, music shows and outlet malls; a relaxing fifteen minute drive south on Highway 65.

The Legacy, itself, is warm and welcoming, and invites you to immediately leave your cares behind and unwind in its graciously appointed, elegantly decorated rooms. Couples will be able to relax and rejuvenate with quiet moments in private romantic alcoves, while the kids will be thoroughly entertained playing pool,foosball,one of our many games, or watching videos from our family friendly selection. Everyone will enjoy soothing away the travel tension in our large six person hot tub with its 67 jets. Merely lounging on the deck with a book from our 1000 volume library and listening to the fountain's gentle play is enough to help restore one's balance.

As guests, you will enter your private resort through the stone turret with its one-of-a-kind copper fountain. From there, your senses will be drawn by the exotic surroundings of our private collection of elephants, giraffes, and African artifacts displayed in the elegant dining room and tastefully decorated living and game rooms. Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. When nighttme arrives, mom and dad can relax in their private whirlpool tub before retiring to the comfy King-size bed in the Italian villa master bedroom. The kids will enjoy their own special "jungle room" adorned with plush animals and two twin beds (can be pulled together to form a King bed). And grandma and grandpa will enjoy their old-world ornately decorated third bedroom. A fourth sleeping area with a full-sized bed and a convertible bed are also available. And for larger groups, we have remodeled the lower level which adds another kitchen, living room, 2 baths, and 4 bedrooms. Rent the main level only or the entire house.

For your added relaxation we have a massage table that can be set up in any of the rooms. There are several therapists in the area who will come to you by appointment.

*Please note this is a family home. It is important to us that both the property and the wildlife be respected. There is no hunting at any time. We recommend this property for families, senior citizens, retreat/renewal groups, or mother/daugter getaways.

The Triple-G Ranch is a family-owned working cattle ranch. The property features panoramic views, secluded meadows, broad pastures, and expansive hardwood forests. Wildlife is plentiful with numerous wild turkey and whitetail deer. Meandering through the middle of the ranch you will find beautiful Bull Creek known as the clearest creek in Missouri. Not merely a trickle, Bull Creek flows year-round accomodating canoeing and boasting trout in the Spring. Explorers will delight in discovering scenic cliff overlooks and little hidden waterfalls. The historic Harrison to Springfield stagecoach road also passes through the property. Still standing is one of the homesteads that flourished on this land many years ago.

• Deposits: An amount equal to two day's rent, must be received to reserve or hold your dates. Full payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card must be provided for damage deposit. The card is not utilized providing no damage is done and regulations are followed.
   
• Other Fees: Pet fees are $15 plus tax per pet per day. Rental rates include a one-time linen towel setup. No daily maid service. Additional cleaning fee - ranges from $60 to $105 for each level rented.

We rented "The Legacy" for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. It was delightful. We hiked, hung out in the hot-tub, played games and played pool. The house was wonderful! We also counted LOTS of elephants which was fun for the kids and the adults! We had a photographer meet us to take family photos on the property which was breath-taking! We hope to return every year!
