From the front deck you can take in a stunning sunrise on the lakefront. Down a short path you'll find our private lakeshore right in front of the house.

Our 1500 sq ft lakefront home sits on one acre and is approximately 75 yards from the water €™s edge on the main part of Table Rock Lake. It €™s located about 2.5 miles south of the Kimberling City Bridge, just off Route 13; Convenient to new and modern grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Spacious parking area, so there's plenty of room for your boat trailer (under 20 feet). Large, roomy kitchen with all the comforts of home.

Area Description

We don't have a boat dock; but if you are looking to rent a boat or a slip for your boat, the Kimberling City Marina is just a short 5-7 minute drive away! Nearby boat ramps can be found in Kimberling City and at the Corp of Engineer areas of Baxter, Mill Creek and Old 86.

All the fun shows in Branson are 20-25 minutes. And don't forget Branson Landing with all the shopping and the beautiful fountain show!.

We are at the very end of a dead end street; very quiet with lots of wild life! Deer, turkey, and of course your resident raccoons!
