Description of the Branson vacation home rental

Hurry and Book Now for Thanksgiving and "Old Time Christmas"!
This beautifully restored turn of the century two story stone house sits in a country setting with beautiful views from every angle and is just 6 miles south of Branson. The home is uniquely decorated with antiques and gives you that cozy and comfortable feeling. The house sits on 5 acres and is attached to an additional 35 acres for great hiking. Beautiful mountain views all around and the Branson strip lights in the evening. At dusk and dawn you may see deer or other animals roaming. There is a firepit that is a great place to sit around the campfire and play guitar, sing campfire songs or roast marshmellows and hotdogs. There is also a very large yard that you can throw around a football, frisbee or other yard games. The lengthy hiking trails are great for walking and exploring.

Accommodations include 4 bedrooms with queen beds - 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor with master bedroom on first floor. Kitchen is fully equipped including some staples. All bed linens and towels supplied. The front porch is so relaxing and is complete with a hanging porch swing(smoking is permitted here). There is also a small upper porch.

Table Rock Dam and State Park Marina is just 5 miles away. Lake access 1/2 mile away. In 8 minutes you can be either on the Branson strip or on the Table Rock Dam.
All of the Branson entertainment including Silver Dollar City and Shephard of the Hills Theatre is just minutes away.
This home is so close to the city and all of the exciting things to do but set in an amazing country setting.

• Deposits: $500 Reservation Deposit due within 7 days. Full rental due 21 days prior to checkin (including cleaning fee and pet fees). Reservation Deposit of $500 will convert to damage deposit upon arrival and will be returned within 14 days of departure if no damage is found and policies are followed.
   
• Other Fees: Pet fees are $75 per week. (for inside or outside pets). Please limit inside dogs to under 30 pounds. For larger outside only dogs there is a doghouse and tie up area in yard. Non refundable cleaning fee $125.00 due at time of reservation. Holiday week rentals are $200 more than price quoted. Holiday weeks include New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas

This is a lovely house with beautiful furnishings in a quiet setting, yet close to everything. It has all the amenities, tastefully done and is very comfortable.

This home was so comfortable and spaciaous, it brought back memories of spending time at "Grandma's House". The rural surroundings are beautiful, yet we were only minutes from Branson. We will definitely come back for another stay.
