The Red Elk Lodge (sleeps 20) is a secluded and
luxurious Lake Front log home, located in a peaceful
cove with no other homes in sight, and still less than 6
miles to the Branson Landing and the 76 strip! Perfect
for family reunions and celebrations! Bring your boat
and fishing pole for great trout fishing on beautiful Lake
Taneycomo; the boat launch is only one mile away. If
you don't have a boat you can walk down the gentle

large enough to cook for everyone! Each of the six
bedrooms is equipped with a luxurious king size bed.
The great room and family room each have two leather
queen size sofa sleepers. For added privacy, the lower
level has separate access. Intricate wood work abounds
throughout the entire home with knotty pine floors,

Reviews for this vacation home rental in Branson, Missouri
Red Elk October 09, October 7, 2009 I loved how secluded the location was. It was a very quiet and relaxing setting that really allowed you to kick back and enjoy your vacation, time off, or whatever. Having the boat launch so nearby was a plus as well, you could launch your boat and drive it right up to the shore behind the house to load up your supplies for your day out on the lake. The furnishings inside were very impressive, the photos just dont do the inside of that place justice. A very large common room/dining area with a huge TV that you can even watch from the table. And with nice big soft beds in all the rooms it didnt matter which room you were in, you were gonna be comfortable when you laid down to go to sleep. The Branson strip wasnt too far away either so if you wanted to go shopping or have a night on the town its not that far of a drive. Overall it was a great place to stay. Great location, amazing furnishings, and the price isnt bad either considering that the house sleeps 20 people. More than worth it for everything your getting.

My family and I had so much FUN. The Red Elk Lodge home was so BEAUTIFUL. When we first walked into the home we were "speechless." The floor plan was very open. Lots of room for everything and everyone. The air conditioner in the home was SUPER GREAT. When my family and I go back to Branson we will definately stay at The Red Elk Lodge.
Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Red Elk Lodge. It is a beautiful home. We truly enjoyed all the beautiful scenery that surrounded the house. We had to families ( 2 adults and 2 children) in each family and the home worked great for us. One family stayed upstairs and one family stayed downstairs. The access to downstairs is outside so you need adults to stay downstairs with the children. The area is very remote and cellphones do not work. You might plan for this. Loved working with the owner and hope to stay at his property again in the future.

Oh my goodness! This place is awesome! Me and my family Loved everything about this Red Elk Lodge home. We liked the big openess of the house. My daughters wheelchair was "free" to roam around. She did not go down stairs though. My 2 older children liked the Suite downstairs. The beds felt great (Super Comfy).
Silver Dollar City was fun. Dixie Stampede and Branson Showboat was fun also. Branson Landing was great food and shopping.
We had a Great, Super Fun week.

The Cabin is awesome! The beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen was very functionable and open for lots of family fun!
Branson landing was very nice and great shopping. The Mexican restaurant "Cantina Loredo" or something like that...on the Landing had great food!
Gill up restaurant and Whipper Snappers were not someting we would recommend. Go Carts were fun but long lines.
Fishing was relaxing. Lake was fun! Cold, but fun!
Shopping was awesome! Great finds.
The Cabin was overall Very nice and open!
Great Stay!
The Lodge is very large and accomodated our family very well. The Lodge is very secluded and quiet.
Beware of deer on the road at dusk.
The Lodge is just as advertised - Great! The interior is fantastic, especially cooking in the incredible kitchen while the family relaxes in the great room or on the deck.
