Space:
These spacious 1821 Sq ft, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom retreats are located just outside of Branson, Missouri in the gated golf community of StoneBridge Village nestled in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. We have beautiful views of the fairway of the award winning championship Ledgestone golf course or of the valley.
It's not unusual to wake up in the morning to see deer or wild turkeys roaming through the area.
Conveniences:
Imagine waking up in the morning and having your first cup of coffee on the screened, L-shaped, private deck overlooking the fairway or the valley. Relax in your bathrobe while you have breakfast and contemplate the many activity options for the day.
The well equipped kitchen with complete dinnerware provides many options for meals. Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy all the natural beauty of Table Rock Lake or Eureka Springs. Place a complete frozen meal in the crockpot to enjoy at the end of the day. If you prefer dining out, just stock the kitchen with your favorite drinks and snacks!
Our convenient location allows you to enjoy all the area attractions. Branson is one of the fastest growing tourist attractions of the country. Being 3 miles from Branson puts you right in the heart of some of the best live music anywhere in the country. There are more live shows and more theater seats available here in Branson than in New York City or Nashville.
We are only 1 mile from Silver Dollar City offering fun for all ages. Just 3 miles on the famous strip you will find White Water, a large water park to cool off on those hot days. Additional water activities can be found at Table Rock Lake , only 4 miles from our townhome.
At the end of the day full of activities, return to the expansive great room to share your experiences with friends, family and your pet.
Privacy:
There are only four units in each building providing a private and quiet environment. Our townhomes are on ground level with one walkout basement unit below. Our vacation homes are located in an upscale gated community of StoneBridge Village with its custom homes, not a large complex of condos. These spacious townhomes were built in 2005 and 2006 and are described as a Villa and Patio homes.
Easy Access:
Parking is in front of the townhomes with only two or three small steps up to the ground floor entry. A main floor master bedroom with a stand alone shower and second bedroom with a full bathroom provide easy access.
Value:
The price per couple is lower than a most hotel rooms, not to mention the potential savings on dinning out!. Each of our Vacation Homes sleeps ten people comfortability.
Experience all the amenities you would expect from a four star hotel at a one star price. Three pools, three lighted tennis courts, room service, fitness room, conference room, Cable TVs in every room, full bathrooms (master with Jacuzzi tub) with hair dryers, iron, ironing board and full size washer and dryer in the townhome. Other amenities include hiking and nature trails, kids playground and golf at Ledgestone Golf Course. Challenge yourself to 18 holes of championship golf with cart at this semi-private golf course!
Forget the common hotel room and retreat to these warm professionally decorated homes. High speed internet access makes you feel at home. Complete the home feeling by bringing your pets with prior approval and a nightly fee.
Security:
Rest assured that you are protected when you do business with us. We have obtained a merchant account that required a credit and back ground check. The merchant account allows us to accept Visa and MasterCard so you are protected by your credit card company for any disputes. In addition, we have obtained "Square Trade" certification. Square Trade has confirmed we own this property and has also verified our identity.

Nice vacation rental

This place was exceptional for our wheelchair bound traveler. He said it was very convenient. The carpeting was really, really dirty and left our socks filthy after walking on it for ten minutes. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Great Town home for family vacation

We went to Branson with our two school aged kids and my parents. This town home was great because it has two king bedrooms and three bathrooms total. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including a full size washer and dryer. The back patio was a wonderful place to relax with morning coffee or eat a full meal. We loved it!!!

Branson Townhomes

We rented two units connected by a common landing for family reunion and we were very happy with the accomodations. Clean, modern, convenient, spacious and well equipped. Elderly found level access convenient while teens enjoyed the privacy of the upstairs bedrooms. Decks were roomy and perfect for quiet morning coffee. Plenty of parking. Beautiful resort with nice pools, great golf. Very happy with our stay and we will plan to use again should our travels bring us to Branson again.

Lovely Property

We had a great stay. The property is located conveniently to all the shows in Branson and to Springfield. The condo was equipped nicely and furniture was confortable\ both inside and out on the screened porch. It was great to have the pancake griddle for breakfast. The ony problem was with the card reader at the back entrance. We had to get out everytime to make it work. We had lots of laughs because of it not working.We did report it to the staff at the welcome center. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great vacation

We three couples travel together each year so play golf, eat, drink and just enjoy each other's company. The condo was perfect. We loved watching the golfers as we sat on the deck. The amenities were wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The only issue we had was the cards for the east gate didn't work.

We loved the set-up of the house and the open feel. The click-on fireplace was great! Beds were comfortable and the house was immaculate. I have already recommended it to many friends. Would definitely stay again. But would be handy to access to the East gate.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday this year at this rental location and loved it. Lots of room, nice beds, big kitchen. The oven shut off about half way through the turkey being heated, but other than that everything was great. We would highly recommend this property!

Everything You Could Possibly Need!!

We have been coming to Branson since 1992, and this is the nicest place we have stayed at. The townhome has all the amenities you could possibly need, the screened in porch is a great place to relax in the afternoons, and the location is convenient to groceries, etc. Stonebridge is a great area to get away and relax after you have enjoyed everything that Branson has to offer. Would highly recommend this townhome to anyone visiting the Branson area!!
