Other Fees: Cancellation Policies – Up to 60days in advance, $100 as relisting fees. Between 59days & 21days, guests forfeit the first installment with in 3weeks you forfeit the full amount unless owners are able to book the dates again and consider the further re-funds. Additional Cancellations policies may be applied to book the three or more units enquire. If our guests are concerned, we also recommend trip insurance.
