Description of the Branson West vacation villa rental

This 2 bedroom/2 bath lower level villa is located in the Stonebridge Fairways, and backs to its own little forest. Stonebridge is a private, gated, country club community, only 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City,10 minutes from Shepherd of the Hills,and the Branson Entertainment strip, and about 15 minutes from the Indian Point Marina on Table Rock Lake. The new Branson Landing is also just a 15 minute drive using 465 Hwy to bypass the busy strip.

The villa has a wrap around screened patio that overlooks the ozark hills, and 1400 SF of living space! The large master suite has a king size bed, 32 in LED TV, Blu-Ray player/Internet apps/Netflix, and screened patio access. The master bath is equipped with an extra long jetted tub, separate shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, 23 in LED TV with Blu-Ray player/internet apps/Netflix and semi-private bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full sized fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, a smooth top stove, microwave oven, and dishwasher. At breakfast time you'll enjoy our double sided Belgian Waffle maker. The dining room has a table that accommodates six, and a bar that seats four. The family room has a gas fireplace, a queen sized sofa sleeper, and access to the screened patio. For entertainment there's a 42 inch flat screen LCD TV, with Dish and blu-ray player/ with internet apps., and family friendly viewing through netflix, and a sitting area, You'll also enjoy a personal computer, lazer printer, and wireless internet available throughout. There's even a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer if you need to do laundry while you are there. We have games and toys for the children and family, a DVD/book library,tennis racquets, and golf clubs. For the little ones, we have a porta crib and stroller. Our goal is to provide everything you will need for an enjoyable a memorable stay.

Area Information

For the golfers, Stonebridge has a beautiful private championship golf course. As our guest, you recieve a discounted price to play the par 71 course that winds through the woods and hills of the beautiful Ozarks. You will have access to three seasonal swimming pools, three lighted tennis courts, the golf driving range, a fitness center, playgrounds, volleyball, walking trails, and a catch and release lake. In the clubhouse you will find a bar & grill, and a fantastic full service restaurant.

At Stonebridge, you'll have the perfect location. You are right next to Silver Dollar City, you have quick and easy access to food and shopping in Branson West, and a short drive to the Branson strip and Table Rock Lake.

Beautiful - Relaxing Place to Stay

Our famliy of four had a wonderful stay at this Villa. It was so very spacious, comfortable, and welcoming the entire time we were there. We loved utilizing the laundry room for cleaning some of our wet clothes from Silver Dollar City!!! Thanks so much for such a fabulous place to stay and such easy communication!!!!

Great Get-Away

This property was exceptionally nice! Well decorated, fully equipped, great electronics, comfortable beds and a wonderful screened in porch! Just far enough away from downtown Branson to avoid all the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get to shows and other attractions easily. Just right for 4 adults, but could easily add a couple of kids. Condo was in a quiet location within Stonebridge. Will certainly recommend it to friends and will probably stay here again.

A true "Home Away from Home!!"

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 nights in Todd and Lisa's condo. They have thought of everything to make one feel comfortable and right at home. The kitchen is well stocked, the condo is beautifully decorated, evenings were a bit cool, so we enjoyed the fireplace, was nice to have the computer, printer, washer & dryer. The condo is a little ways out of town, so quiet and peaceful to come "home" to. We didn't go to Silver Dollar City until the end of our stay, and were pleasantly surprised to find it was so close to the condo, and we went back a couple of times. Todd was great to work with and the condo was all he said it would be and more! If your looking for an upgraded, clean and very well maintained place to stay while you visit Branson and Silver Dollar City we would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed in your Villa the first week in November. What a Great experience! Found the unit to be a wonderful home away from home. Very nicely decorated with numerous convienient amenities. Waffle maker with supplied waffle mix was very nice. Kitchen had all accessories necessary for a very trouble-free stay. Great selection of dvd`s with each tv was a very nice touch! Toys in the closet were appreciated by our 13 year old! Found your Villa to be very clean and inviting which made our trip to Branson very enjoyable. Please know that My wife and I really appreciate you sharing your lovely condo with us! The villa was very nice and very spacious. There was a lot of room and we loved staying there. The location was very good -- it was very near Silver Dollar City and a lot of attractions (restaurants, movie theater, shows, shopping, etc.). We had a great time there and would definitely consider returning at another time. Very luxurious!

My husband and I have stayed in several places in Branson, but this villa was our favorite. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The owners are wonderful to deal with, and I would highly recommend staying here, you'll be glad you did.

My sister and I just spent 3 nights in Todd & Lisa's Condo. We do an annual girl trip and this was the perfect place to stay. First of all Stonebridge is a wonderful area because of the beauty all around you there. Add to that a condo that is clean, beautifully decorated and complete with everything you could possibly ask for. We felt right at home and enjoyed every minute we were there. This is a lower level unit and the only down side is if you have difficulty with stairs or walking on an uneven surface this might not be the one for you. If that isn't a problem, don't hesitate, Todd & Lisa are great to work with, you won't be sorry!!

We were very impressed with the condo, we had everything you would need and then some. This place was great, we would come back again and tell everyone about this place. I was a travel agent some years ago and I have gotten some nice places but this was was great. It had all of the things you would need to cook with, a full size oven, refrigerator, and some much room in the kitchen. It had games, wireless computer and it was great. We just returned from a week vacation in the Ozark’s. Our first few nights were spent in Arkansas, but our last were spent here at Stonebridge in Branson West, Missouri. We all had the best nights sleep ever, with a plush king sized bed in the master, and our son had his own private room and bath. My wife relaxed in the Jacuzzi tub, while I checked up on my email through the on-site computer. I later used it to plan a new route home, and printed it out right there – great! We had a great supply of DVD’s to watch, but with a full selection of cable TV, we never used them. With a full kitchen, we made coffee and breakfast in the morning, and enjoyed it and the sunrise, on the screened patio with a view of the neighborhood and golf course. We had easy access to all the nearby attractions, with all the comforts of home. I can’t imagine us ever staying at a motel in town again. Simply elegant!
