Description of the Branson West vacation villa rental

This 3 bedroom/3 bath lower level villa is located in the Stonebridge Fairways, and backs to the Ledgestone Golf Course. Stonebridge is a private, gated, country club community, only 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City,10 minutes from Shepherd of the Hills,and the Branson Entertainment strip, and about 10 minutes from the Indian Point Marina and State Park on Table Rock Lake. Shopping and food is close by in Branson West. The new Branson Landing is only a 15 minute drive using 465 Hwy to bypass the busy strip.

The villa has a screened patio with a beautiful view of the golf course greens and over 1600 SF of living space! The large master suite has a king size bed, a sitting area, a large walk in closet, a view of the Golf Course, and screened patio access. You'll enjoy the 32 in LCD TV, Blu-Ray player with internet apps & Netflix. The master bath has an oversized wirlpool tub and separate shower with double sinks. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds, a 40" LED TV with Blu-Ray player, internet apps & Netflix, a large mirrored closet, a sitting area, and small table and chairs. This Suite has a private bath with two sinks. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a large mirrored closet, and 40 in LED TV with Blu-Ray player/internet apps & Netflix. This bedroom has a shared bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full sized fridge with ice maker, a smooth top stove, microwave oven, and dishwasher. At breakfast time you'll enjoy our double sided Belgian Waffle maker. The dining room has a table that accommodates six, and a bench that seats 2. Two additional chairs are in the Queen Suite. The Living Room has a queen sized sofa sleeper, and access to the screened patio. For entertainment there's a 46" flat screen LCD TV, with Cable and blu-ray player/ with internet apps., and family friendly viewing through netflix. The electic fireplace adds both beauty and warmth in season. You'll also enjoy a personal computer and Wireless DSL internet is available throughout the villa. There's even a washer and dryer at the end of the kitchen should you need to wash while away. We have games for the children and family and a kitchen that has everything you will need to cook a few meals at home. Our goal is to provide everything you will need for an enjoyable a memorable stay.

Area Information

For the golfers, Stonebridge has a beautiful private championship golf course. As our guest, you recieve a discounted price to play the par 71 course that winds through the woods and hills of the beautiful Ozarks. You will have access to three seasonal swimming pools, three lighted tennis courts, the golf driving range, a fitness center, playgrounds, volleyball, walking trails, and a catch and release lake. In the clubhouse you will find a bar & grill, and a fantastic full service restaurant.

At Stonebridge, you'll have the perfect location. You are right next to Silver Dollar City, you have quick and easy access to food and shopping in Branson West, and a short drive to the Branson strip and Table Rock Lake.

Very nice place to stay

March 20, 2013

This condo was a great place to spend of few days in Branson. It is well-located, easy to find and yet far enough from the "lights" to be relaxing and in the "country". We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked if we had only had time to use it. It is well decorated and they have added little touches to make it seem like a home away from home. It was decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch since we were in Branson to see the Christmas sights.

The furnishing and decor were fabulous!! The bedrooms were all large plenty of space, we had 6 adults and one child. The owners have gone out of their way to put every amenity you could need and more. Wonderful view from screened in patio, easy access to Silver Dollar City and Branson. I'd go back every month if it were possible!

The pictures of this villa do not do it justice. It is beautifully decorated, even had a Christmas tree and other holiday decor! Very clean and spacious with the conveniences of home such as laundry, kitchen with dishes, cookware, and coffee maker! Close and convenient to Silver Dollar City and other area attractions. My only regret was being so busy we didn't get to spend enough time just enjoying the villa. I could go back and spend a weekend never leaving the villa complex, just enjoying family playing games, watching movies, walking the trails or playing golf.

We had such a great time in this villa! There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. (5 adults & 5 kids) It was clean, there was plenty of silverware/dishes/towels. Great location, close to SDC. Our only issue was finding the correct entrance, our GPS took us to the members only gated road. We figured it out, but maybe including that on your check in procedures sheet you email? maybe a small basic map from the main road showing the larger entrance with bridge would of been helpful.

Todd is extremely nice and he made sure we had all the information we needed for check-in and departure, he also called after we left the condo to make sure our stay was good.
