Description of the Brant Beach vacation home rental

Immaculate oceanfront in Brant Beach on LBI. This home is a duplex and is centrally located on the island. It is about 1 mile South of the causeway. The views are totally unobstructed from either floor and the beach access is immediately adjacent to the property. Each floor sleeps 6-8. DSL WiFi High Speed Internet Access. Area Description

This home is centrally located on the Island. Easy access to either end of the island as well as the mainland. Ocean Blvd. is a slow 25 mph speed limit. Great for walking,biking and rollerblading. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a few restaurants.

Required Stay: Winter weekends/Summer Weeks
Deposits: 20% down before Feb.1st. Feb.1st first half rent due. Second half rent due two weeks prior to stay.

our stay was wonderful. the house was nicer than i thought it was and the views were awesome and the owners were very nice and accommodating. we will definatly go back there.
