Description of the Brant Beach vacation home rental

Very clean, Central Air ,well-maintained single-family OCEANSIDE cape with open porch in Brant Beach, located on Long Beach Island. Sixth house from the ocean. Private back yard with outdoor shower, new ground deck and Weber grill. Downstairs -- fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots pans, etc., dining room, living room, two queen bedrooms, full bath, enclosed sun porch which can be used as a 4th bedroom. Upstairs -- 4 twin beds, half bath. Renters are expected to bring their own linens and paper products. Info on local Rental Service for linens can be provided for renter to arrange if needed.

2 ADULT BEACH BADGES INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENTAL.
Flat screen TV/ WI-FI READY- bring your laptop.

Great rental

July 10, 2012

This was my families first time renting a home. Myself, husband, 4 month old daughter and dog stayed at Frank and Barbara's home. Although, the house can easily accomodate 2 small families. The upstairs "suite" is perfect for a kids hang out. Anytime we called the owners with questions or concerns they always called us right back or stopped by to solve the problem. I highly recommend this rental property.

Early June vacation

My family of four had a great time in LBI. Frank & Barbara's house was really sweet. We had everything we needed and felt right at home instantly. We felt so comfortable and didn't want to leave after our week long stay :( Great location! Close to the beach and all the action to the north (Surf City/Barnegat Light) and to the south (Bay Village/Holgate).

This rental makes you feel right at home...The owners are friendly and great to rent from...The rental description is acurate and was roomy enough for our 6 adults and 2 dogs...I would definately rent again and would recomend this rental in a heart beat!!

Great Place and Great People

We rented this house for the July 4th week and had a great time. The house is cozy with a nice fireplace and beautiful hardwood floors. There were two queen bedrooms and one huge bedroom upstairs with 4 beds. It is great for kids and adults. The backyard is big and very nice, fully equipped for a large gathering. We had a surf and turf dinner for 10 people and two dogs and we were very comfortable. The owners are great people and provided the best places to eat on the island! We hope to be back next year.

Brant Beach pet friendly

We stayed the 4th of July week. The home was cozy and spotless. Nothing fancy but everything you need in LBI. The location was awesome and it's a great home for travelers with preteen and teen kids. The upstairs is an awesome retreat for them! Also a great plus is dogs are welcome and there are many dogs for them to play with on the block. The owners are so nice. Plus you can't beat the price. I would come back and recommend to my friends.
