Description of the Breckenridge vacation condo rental

Across from Breckenridge's Lodge and Spa and on the free! Summit Stage bus route this 2 bedroom 2 bath 1000 square foot condo has great views of the Ten Mile range and the Breckenridge ski resort. Condo is located on the second of a three story building. Large, private front deck with table and chairs to enjoy some apres ski or morning coffee along with your views. Unit has master bedroom with connected bathroom. Other bedroom has bunk beds and use of hallway bathroom. Full kitchen with all amenities. Cozy living room includes T.V. and fireplace. This is a great rental you will want to come back to.

Unit is just up the hill from down town Breckenridge. On bus route and easy stop for C.M.E. or any other carrier from Denver International Airport. Views from the condo are excellent given it's corner and 2nd floor location in the building.

Breckenridge's Lodge and Spa is a short walk across the street from the condo. They have work out facility, spa, Bar, Restaurant, and pool.

• Check In: 4 p.m.
   
• Check Out: 10 a.m.
   
• Required Stay: No less than three days, Weekly rate is any 7 consecutive days,
   
• Deposits: Deposit is required at time of booking and is equal to half the amount for the time requested. i.e. if a seven day stay is $1050, your deposit will be $525. Any additional days require an extra $175 per day. A full refund will be given after throughout inspection of property and deemed to be in the original condition prior to rental. Money will be refunded to your pay pal account.
   
• Other Fees: $85 cleaning fee due in full with condo booking. If additional maid service is required during stay the tenant will need to request a maid through the property manager/owner and pay the standard cleaning fee directly to the maid service.

I stayed here with my boyfriend and our mutual friend. The condo provided us with ample privacy and space to hang out together. It is very comfortable and has most everything you could want. (Ladies, bring a hairdryer) The FREE bus stops right at the end of the drive, and we used that frequently. I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, easy place to stay, and you can't beat the price. Thanks!

The apartment was spacious and comfortable as well as being very good value for moeny. It is a little out of town, but well connected to the town and ski area by a bus which stops directly outside the apartment. It was a very peaceful and pleasant place to stay.
