Modern Condo - Walking Distance to Town and Lifts

This newly remodeled 2 bedroom 3 bath + Loft Breckenridge condo is a favorite with families. The bedding configuration is extremely flexible. There is an optimal mix of Queens, Trundles and Bunk Beds. The unit can technically sleep up to 12 but we limit occupancy to 10 unless there are small children in the group. The focal point of the remodel was the kitchen. It has excellent lighting that showcases the marbled granite countertop. The open design is another great feature that allows easy access into the kitchen and living room. The barstools at the countertop have a functional purpose for informal dining while watching the 48” LCD TV. A DVD player with surround sound is attached. The living room also contains a sectional that surround the wood burning fireplace. While dining at the dining table that seats 6 you can enjoy some mountain décor and a view of the Breckenridge Ski resort. The balcony contains a Gas BBQ grill and tables and chairs.

Amenities: The condo complex is situated on a quiet cul de sac. There is covered parking for 2 cars in tandem right in front of the complex. The unit is on the second floor of the middle building. Amenities include an outdoor heated swimming pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs at the recreation center at the end of this cul de sac. Main Street Breckenridge is only 100yards away, so close in fact we could almost list it as an amenity with it shops and restaurants. Please call us and let us help you plan your ski vacation. Bedding: The bedding contains 2 queens in the master, with a full bed and a bunk bed in the guest bedroom. There are 3 full bathrooms with a main bathroom right off the living room. The loft is partially enclosed and has a bunkbed with a TV in the room. Outside of the room is a trundle bed.
