Description of the Breckenridge vacation home rental
Best location in Summit County. Our 2200 square foot home is located in the Silver Shekel subdivision 2 miles north of Breckenridge on a large quiet lot. This location provides easy access to all of the Summit County ski areas as well as Vail and Beaver Creek. Spectacular Views of the 10 Mile Range can be enjoyed from the family room, dining area, deck and bedrooms.
The upper level of the home features a large kitchen, dining area and family room. The gourmet will feel right at home in our well supplied kitchen with new gas range. The dining area has a large table and incredible views from the large picture window. The family room has lots of seating, large TV and wood burning fireplace. You can enjoy cocktails or a barbecue on the large deck while taking in the mountain views.
The 2nd level hosts the 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half batrooms and the laundry room. The master suite is very large and has a new king-size bed, a twin daybed, sitting area and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has twin beds that can be configured as a single king size bed.
Interior stairs provide direct access to the living area from the attached, heated garage on the ground floor. The 2-car garage provides a convenient and secure place to store skis, bikes and other toys.

Area Information
Our Silver Shekel home offers easy access to all Summit County ski areas. Breckenridge is just 5 minutes away. Copper Mountain & Keystone are less than 15 minutes away & Vail is 30 minutes. Nordic skiing and snowshoeing are available at the Gold Run Nordic center or several other locations within 5 miles of our home. In the summer months, the Summit County bike trail system can be accessed less than 1 mile from our home. Multiple mountain bike trails are also close by.
