In the summer, enjoy a spacious back yard, perfect for that great summer barbeque, or relaxing under the stars in the hot tub. Only 600yards from Peak 8 fun park makes this the perfect family location. In the winter, enjoy piles of snow as you are located in the prime location of Peak 8 in Breckenridge. Only 600yds from the lifts, across the street from the Breckenridge Nordic Center, and 25 yards from the free shuttle. The location is outstanding for groups with or without cars.
