Description of the Breckenridge vacation home rental
Looking for a large luxury home for mountain getaway? Don't settle for a cramped condo in town. You've found the perfect house just 2 miles south of downtown Breckenridge. Just past the Goose Pasture Tarn in an one acre lot with swing sets and play ground for kids in the lot, this tri-level moderate large home is comfortable and functional for multi-family vacationers. you can hike to the beautiful upper and lower mohawk lake, crystal lake and burrows lake trail from the house.
The wood burning stove in the spacious living room is the center piece for gatherings throughout the day. Open kitchen with an island is equipped for entertaining - wait till you see the commercial stainless steel refrigerator/freezer that can feed an army!
Up the stairs is the main master king bedroom with a walk-in closet and double sink bathroom. It has its own balcony looking out to Mount Baldy. On main floor, we have two bedrooms sharing a Jack'n'Jill style bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has a Captain's bed (double bottom and twin top) and a bunk bed (two twins). Sleep 10 comfortably, but can sleep up to 12.
Down the stairs to the ground floor level, we have fourth bedroom with a queen bed and extra room with a twin bunk bed. House sleeps 12 people maximum. There is a large family room with leather sectional sofa that has a queen sofa sleeper. It also has a game table and a full kitchen for privacy.
Private hot tub located off the main floor hallway doorway that's both private and surrounded by lodge pole pine tree forest. Large deck off the main floor has a BBQ gas grill and patio furniture to soak up the sun while enjoying mountain views.
Two car garage and a large lot for additional parking. Drive to slopes. Complimentary WIFI available.
4 wheel drive is required during the winter

A wonderful and perfect mountain getaway. I visited with my family and we spent 5 great days hiking, biking, and relaxing in Breckenridge. The home was beautiful, inviting and very comfortable. We will definitely be back

We as a group of 10 people had a wonderful time staying in Sunny's lodge for three nights. The house is well designed and furnished. The spacious kitchen equips with all kinds of cooking ware and beautiful utensils. We enjoyed the BBQ grill at the deck as well as the Jacuzzi. The large flat panel TV screen in the living room makes us feel at home. Its location provides fast access to several famous hiking trails and beautiful lakes. Hot springs, river rafting and gorgeous national park are all within one to two hours driving distance. We also enjoyed visiting the Breckenridge town which is very close to the lodge. This is definitely one of the best lodges in the area which I would recommend to friends. We will definitely come back.
