Perfect for families with non-skiers too since the gondola runs all day so it is easy to access downtown for free! No need to worry about parking.

You and your family will experience luxurious mountain modern living in this brand new 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home with 6 HDTVs! This home is fully integrated with a Colorado Vnet system controlled by touch screens throughout the house, You can adjust your music including Sirius satellite radio, humidifier, climate, window treatments, and lighting. Additionally, this home has 2 gas fireplaces, a hydrotherapy bath tub with heated backrest, steam shower, designer soaking tub and an 8 head Kohler water tile shower system where you can customize your shower experience!

Located just 100 yards from the gondola mid-station in the exclusive Shock Hill neighborhood. It is an easy, flat walk to the gondola which will take you to Peak 8 where you can purchase lift tickets, sign up for ski school or rent equipment. Additionally, Peak 8 is where the 1/2 pipes are! You can also take the gondola, free of charge into town and back.

This home is also located on the Breckenridge Nordic Center trail system. For a change of pace you can enjoy cross country skiing, skate skiing or snowshoeing right out your back door on a groomed trail system.

It is a 3/4 mile walk to town on a well lit sidewalk from Shock Hill. It is great to take the gondola into town for an early dinner and walk it off on the way home!
