This house is right in downtown Breckenridge. It's one block from the Breckenridge Brewery/Restaurant and the rest of the Main Street restaurants and shops, half a block from a ski/snowboard rental/repair shop, three blocks from the local supermarket, one block from the closest liquor store, and two blocks from the ice skating rink.
Don't believe the hype of those ski-in / ski-out condos. If you are that close to the slopes, that means you are not in town, where all the shopping, night life, restaurants, and beautiful people are! If you stay so far from Main Street, good luck catching a taxi at the end of a night out on the town! Of course, you could always have dinner in the lobby of some hotel, but is that really what you are coming to Breckenridge for? From this house you can walk 5-10 minutes to the nearest ski lift (Quicksilver) or just hop on the shuttle three houses down.
The main level has an open, bright, and airy floor plan with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace, cable television, and plenty of room to seat the entire family and watch the 32-inch flat screen (not panel) Sony TV. The dining room has a dining room table with ample seating for six. On the adjoining deck you'll find a 40-jet hot tub, gas grill, and a stunning view of the Breckenridge ski slopes.
The master suite has a king-size bed and balcony with view. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom complete with jetted bathtub. A third bedroom with a queen-size bed, hall bathroom, and den/family room are located on the lower (garden) level. Two more people can sleep on the den/family room's queen-size sofabed. That's eight lucky people who can stay comfortably. Bring your cell phone; there is no phone in the house.

Each year my chosen sisters and I travel to a location in CO to spend some quality time together. We share 50 plus years of friendship, so these retreats are priceless to us. This home in Breckenridge fit our needs perfectly. The home's furnishings were very comfortable and cozy. The hot tub on the deck provided a perfect way to relax after our 'shopping' trips into town and into Frisco. The views of peak 6 and 7 were breathtaking from the deck. We had breakfast on the deck each morning, and the peace and serenity provided us with opportunities for conversation. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and necessities. When we return to Breckenridge I definitely will seek out this property again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home
