Welcome to OHA - our homes at Breckenridge. Warriors Retreat, Timber Creek Retreat and Baldy Mountain Retreat - each has a different personality. Yet all three homes share the three parts that make OHA your total vacation experience. The house is filled with the newest and best fun and features for all who vacation. Our 'we do it' for you program, puts our personal concierge at your beckon call for help with all those things that should not detract from having the best time. And our 'Friends of the Family' program introduces you to the warmth and friendliness of the town of Breckenridge and its businesses, restaurants, artisans and people.


Happy memories come quickly & easily at Warriors Retreat. Snuggled in the end of the cul-de-sac, with its back facing the forest and the view from the front window facing the major ski mountain, Warriors Retreat is just minutes from the runs, rink, trails, rivers, laughing and loving.


Inside this six bedroom home, abundant comfort awaits with individualized suites and bedrooms, gathering rooms with pool table and oversized TV, hide-away corners a quiet loft to wallow in relaxed pleasures, and an epicurean delightful kitchen fully equipped, fully stocked with a conversation bar facing the mountains and a large dining room where the whole group can easily gather.


Our family-customized amenities are the perfect complement to your fully appointed mountainside retreat. In an atmosphere of renewed togetherness, our guests love the variety of family-friendly movies- instant Netflix downloads, games –including poker, for all ages, and even a large desk in the loft where wireless internet reaches and a printer is available for those who want to do business.


Best of all is that we only an email or phone call away to serve you. Our concierge (for personal shopping assistance or activity coordination), our maid service and maintenance, even we owners all have direct lines to assist your every need.
