Breath Taking

Best of all Worlds was just breath taking, there were five of us and we all had a wonderful time. The home was lovely and more than we expected. I hope to stay there again next year. The view was just out of this world leaving us feeling a little more closer to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Serenity on Top

I just loss my dad and the Lord Jesus helped me to find this beautiful home at the top of Pisgah Forest to spend a couple days at with my best friend; through this stay He began to heal my heart. Pure serenity/peace enveloped my entire being - the beauty of the home and views from the balcony and surrounding areas spoke such peace to my heart. The home was awesomely comfortable and welcoming. There are no words that can truly describe the beauty of the views from the balcony. Waking up early in the morning and watching the moon descend and the sun emerge over the horizon with beautful hues of red, purple, pink and orange spreading across the sky - incredible! We took short trips to the West Asheville Farmers' Market and Apollo Flame Restaurant on the same exit; visited Historic Hendersonville and Brevard - incredible short jaunts from "our special weekend home". It was so wonderful to come back to the home and sit once again and watch the view from the balcony; listen to and watch the blue jays and squirrels playing in the trees - their home in the woodland forest. Sipping hot chocolate and watching movies and the moon at night made for very comforting evenings on top of the mountain! Louanne is one awesome lady; she took excellent care of us from the very first phone call; a wonderful lady who deals in integrity and compassion. Heather, her rental agent, was awesome as well. She went out of her way to take care of anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this home for a long or short visit; preferably a long one so that you can enjoy the ambience and beauty of this wonderful home longer. Thank you Louanne for allowing us to stay in your incredibly beautiful home on top of the mountain in a time when I needed comfort, serentity and strength to take the next step in my life. I appreciate you immensely. Be blessed in our Lord Jesus Christ!

We had such a wonderful time at The Best of All Worlds! The home really exceeded our expectations. The panoramic view of the mountains was beautiful…the house was spotlessly clean and well-stocked...it was so convenient to not have to worry about bringing bed sheets or towels or spices for the kitchen…the home really had everything that we needed…the short drive to downtown Brevard and Pisgah Forest was ideal for shopping, restaurants, a movie, hiking, or picnics…there was so much to do, we’re already planning our next trip so that we can fit more activities in…and of course we’ll stay at The Best of All Worlds again!

What a wonderful vacation home

My family and I (and our dogs) just ended a week at Best of All Worlds and it was among the best vacations we've ever had. The house was perfect, and pictures really don't do justice to the setting. Every morning and evening, we sat on the deck staring at the mountains, drinking in the view. The house itself was fully equipped, clean as a pin, and had everything we needed to settle in and really enjoy being together. Since it was summer, we didn't get a chance to try the fireplace, but we made great use of the gas grill, as well as the closed-in side yard, where the dogs could run and play. The town of Brevard is just 5 minutes away, and easy to get to, so you can hit restaurants, do some shopping or get to the grocery store in no time flat. Everyone in our group got to really kick up our feet and relax. And I can't say enough about how easy the owner (and the local agent who handled the rental) made it for us to get settled. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful home!

Everything in the rental information is right. This home has so much to offer. The owners have outfitted the kitchen for all needs including a tablecloth and wonderful place settings for dinner on the deck with a grand view of the ridges around the Brevard area, even facing to the west for some beautiful sunsets. We loved staying in the home. It's private yet has neighbors nearby so it's not way out in the woods. It's also close to many outdoor attractions like Dupont State Park and so many waterfalls within hiking distance. The town of Brevard is close enough for meals out and for evening walks through the quaint friendly town. Back in the mountain house, from the deck at night, Brevard is a friendly glow just over the first ridge. We took our small dog with us and he had a large and safe fenced in yard where he could be off leash. We look forward to return visits and thank the owners for sharing this home with us!

Great Location & Home!

We had a great time at this home! It was perfectly located in Brevard, just a few minutes from Pisgah Nat'l Forest & Dupont Forest. Great hiking, biking, waterfalls, great shops & restaurants and a gorgeous view from the back deck. We enjoyed the fenced in pet run for our dog & the comfort of a safe neighborhood! The home is immaculate, the beds comfy & we had everything we needed. The Owner & Rental Agent were a pleasure to work with!! We will definitely visit again!

Very welcoming home getaway

If you're looking for a place to stay in the mountains, this is the house you want to rent! It's perfect! This is a very inviting, clean, comfortable home, close to Brevard but very private. The kitchen was equipped with everything. The beds were very comfortable. The pictures and description are very accurate. Everything you could ask for is there! The view is spectacular! The morning view from the deck when the mountains are coming through the clouds are just as beautiful as watching the sunset at night. This was a wonderful mother/daughter bonding getaway after our daughter graduated from college. We will definitely come back again with the whole family.

Best of All Worlds!

Hi Luanne, We just returned from Brevard and consider this a big hug and virtual kiss from us for suggesting your vacation rental. We had a fabulous time, the weather was very cooperative (a little rain Sunday afternoon, but not at all unpleasant), and we think the town is absolutely charming. Your descriptions were spot-on, and our dog enjoyed it very much too. He had several walks up and down the hill and to the other end of 3-mile Knob Rd, so we got quite the workout. We will definitely be looking for a time to return, so expect to hear from us again.

Charming ,peaceful, spectacular views and unforgettable sunsets. The house is sparkling clean, very comfortable with all the amenities and a wonderful local assist if any questions or problems should arise. Also has a nice long fenced grassy yard for dogs which is great because the area is quite densely wooded and steep. We can't wait to go back

Fantastic View with Great Locaion

The view from the deck is fantastic. The home is very clean, with a great floor plan, and is very comfortable. I had a romantic dinner on the deck with a great view of the mountains, sat by the fire in the evening, and felt like staying forever. I'll be back soon and will definitely stay longer. Downtown Brevard is just around the corner, so everything you need is close by. Great home!!!

Fabulous place, Exquisite View and location

The pictures don't do this place justice. The home is spacious, comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. And it has got location, location location! Close to everything yet so private and the view is fantastic. I plan on going back as soon as I can.
