This nearly new Nantucket farmhouse style house is at the end of a culdesac (great for young kids)on 1.5 acres adjacent to forest/conservation land. Large yard, pretty flowers. Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open living room with fireplace/dining room/kitchen, wood floors, wonderful open access to outside and wrap around porch, upscale appliances/counters/breakfast bar. First floor master bedroom (king) and bath, first floor laundry,mud room, small office. Downstairs family room. Second floor has two large bedrooms (queen/twins)and shared bath.

Area Description

One mile to Breakwater Beach and easy access to six other public beaches on Cape Cod Bay. One/half mile to two public freshwater beaches. Very close to bike path (bike to Chatham!), Brewster General Store, all the antique shops, inns, restaurants, galleries on Route 6A. And well situated to access supermarket/drugstore shopping in Orleans and Harwich. It is a very safe area.
