Description of the Brewster vacation condo rental
There are two bedrooms. The sunny master bedroom has a queen bed with a private, full bath. The second bedroom has two twins beds. There is a second full bathroom as well. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. Each has a bureau, closet, clock radio, attractive comforters and lots of pillows. (We do not provide sheets and towels but you can bring your own or rent them from a local linen service.)
Our condo features a newly renovated and fully-equipped kitchen. There are all new appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. Of course you will find all of the dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils necessary for everything from a quick cup of coffee to a full leisurely dinner. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.
If you wish, you can have your coffee and breakfast, or a drink and your dinner for that matter, on the patio. Wake up to the sound of singing birds and soft breezes.
We do not provide access to the pools at Ocean Edge.
Area Information
You can access the Cape Cod Bike Path right from Ocean Edge and peddle to salt or fresh water swimming, wildlife viewing, fishing, hiking, and boating. There are also many informative ranger led hikes and nature talks at the National Seashore in nearby Eastham.
Brewster has a variety of excellent restaurants, seafood markets, organic food stores, farm-stands and wine shops. There are a multituder of galleries, bookstores, and antique shops to explore.
Opportunities abound for fishing, whale watching, jet skiing, kayaking, windsurfing, and golf at numerous affordable public courses. The area features summer art shows, concerts, theater productions, and Cape Cod Summer League baseball games.

We are return customers to this condo. Staying at the Villages affords us daily respite from the beaches and great bicycling access. The condo itself is lovely. It is impeccably decorated with a beach theme and local artwork, and the owners provide all the basic amenities to make our stay comfortable, easy, homey and enjoyable. We love staying here! It's our home away from home.

This was our 3rd week-long stay in the Garber's condo. We have come to rely on their hospitality and genuine consideration for their guests. From boogie boards and candles to a fully outfitted kitchen, the Garbers clearly want you to have a good time. The condo has always been spotless and well-maintained, as well as warmly decorated. The grounds of the resort are beautifully planted and offer safe opportunities for walking or running and direct entry to the bike trail.

Perfect Cape Condo

We absolutely loved this condo and everything about it. The location in Ocean Edge was perfect for us as we love to visit Brewster, Orleans and The National Seashore. It was so beautifully decorated, clean and homey with comfortable beds and a great fully equipped kitchen.The homeowners thought of everything to make our stay relaxing, including current magazines, books, music, and games. Our stay was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed and the grounds were beautiful! Brewster is a very quaint town and we were able to drive the short distance to Orleans to visit Nauset Light Beach and Coast Guard Beach. All of the staff (The groundskeepers, gatekeeper, etc) were very friendly. We plan to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cape Cod condo. The furnishings were above and beyond anything we expected, or have experienced at other condo vacation rentals. Very comfortable and very clean. Quiet surroundings, yet a good location. Would definitely recommend staying here for a nice, relaxing vacation.

Had a wonderful time in Brewster. The Condo was absolutely perfect! It has everything you'll need for your vacation! We loved the condo set up and all of the extras (chairs, games,extra household supplies, real hangers) The property is gorgeous and you are close to everything Brewster and the surrounding towns have to offer. Great restaurants, beaches, bike trail and shopping. The homeowners were great to work with and made the arrangements very easy. Highly recommend this condo. Hope to stay again next year.

Lovely Condo at Ocean's Edge

Excellent location,beatifully decorated with everything we needed on vacation. It was a little small for 6 people but would fit 4 well. I would have liked to hav a pool pass as Ocean's Edge has 2 great pools. The people we rented from were easy to contact and answered our questions promptly. It was a terrific vacation!!!!

Surpassed our expectations

Over the past 20 plus years that we have rented at various locations around the Cape, we found this place was by far the best value for the money. The condo was extremely clean and attractive with well cared for furnishings, handsome art on the walls, a tasteful selection of books and magazines to enjoy, as well as a selection of CD's and videos. A well stocked kitchen supplies everything you can think of. The grounds of the resort were perfect for walking~even at night. The landscaping was lush and meticulous. Brewster offers much to see and do and is a perfect, central location to enjoy day trips in any direction throughout the Cape. Last but not least, the beds were comfortable! The Garbers have truly thought of everything. It was home away from home.

Alex and I wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your Brewster Condo last July. We found it to be comfortable and well equipped- just as advertised! We really liked having breakfast on the patio in the morning and cocktails in the wicker chairs out front after coming back from the beach, in fact we fought to get to the wicker rocker first. Your paintings, furnishings, and color scheme lent a great Cape feel to the condo which we really found relaxing. Everything was convenient, from the beaches and bike path to the shops and galleries. By the way, you were right, taking a dip in the fresh water ponds after a day at the beach was refreshing and offered another dimension to the vacation. We liked Nickerson's ponds the best. Thanks so much.

We truly enjoyed our trip to the Cape. The lovely, clean, well equipped condo we rented was the icing on the cake. You don't need to bring anything except your bed linen and towels. The owners were accurate in their description. Everything went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend it.

This was a very comfortable and attractive condo, with all the comforts of home provided. It was perfect for out small family. Simple things like having sandwich bags in the kitchen for making up a quick picnic lunch, a parasol and folding chair for trips to the beach, personal recommendations for local restaurants all made life easier. The owners were very helpful in providing advice prior to our arrival and were very prompt in reimbursing the beach pass as promised. Brewster is an idyllic relaxing place and the beaches were lovely. Our particular favourite was Paine's Creek. The condo was a little further from the beach than we'd imagined,(at least for a seven year old), but still very accessible.

Quiet and convenient

This is a very comfortable condo, in a great Central Cape location. Convenient to many bay beaches and a short drive to Cape Cod National Seashore. We would bike right out the door and be on the bike trail in 5 minutes. Our biggest decision was do we go east or west. Whale watching in P Town and touring in Nantucket were just some of our adventures when we weren’t just lying on the beach. Visited all the thrift shops and tried many restaurants in the area when we weren’t barbequing on the back patio. This was the second year we stayed at this wonderful condo and will do it again. Thanks for the relaxing vacation.
