Description of the Brewster vacation cottage rental
This cozy rustic cottage is part of a 60+ acre family compound overlooking Upper Mill Pond. It boasts a large wraparound deck in private surroundings, and is very close to everything that the beautiful New England town of Brewster offers. The view from the deck is incredible and the interior cathedral ceiling is adorned with signage from long ago.
There are three bedrooms. The first with a queen size bed is off the deck, the other two rooms each with two twin size beds have their own separate entrance reached by an outside stairway from the deck: bath is on each floor with outside shower off the deck. On the point is a sleeping cabin w/o bath 30 yards from cottage for additional guests. BBQ grill, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, TV, VCR, fireplace.
Cottage over looks fresh water with a kayak/canoe launching area; 2 miles to Brewster Bay beach, 10 miles to ocean.
Area Description
Very private area easily available to surrounding Cape Cod sights and historic towns.
Room Configuration 3 B/R: 1 queen, 4 twins; sleeps 6-8; 2 baths. Sleeping cabin with full bed (no bath) 30 yards from cottage.
