We had a spectacular time and were blessed with perfect weather for the entire two weeks. The new downstairs bedroom is terrific, and the new deck is fabulous. Over the years we've rented at Elbow Pond, we've especially enjoyed being able to walk right down to swim in the pond (when we're not simply lazing in the hammock, listening to the frogs at night, simply soaking up the view, or gazing at the stars. On top of that you've always been amazingly prompt and helpful any time we've had the slightest question. Thanks again for a perfect vacation!

The property was everything which the owner had said. It was clean, tidy, well-maintained with everything needed to make our stay on the Cape a very pleasant experience.
It was in a lovely location overlooking the pond and once we had got our bearings where we were in relation to other towns it was very easy to get there.

Brian was extremely helpful and provided a wealth of information, both prior to arriving and during our stay, to ensure we did not experience any problems and had a relaxing holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, he even contacted us at the hotel where we were staying in New York and again whilst at his home.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone who wanted to stay in a quiet, relaxing environment, but within easy reach of towns and beaches for those of a more active disposition.

Hi Brian--

We returned from your house on Elbow Pond yesterday. My family always enjoys the Cape, and we had a really nice time again. The location of the house was perfect for downtime for my kids. My son fished like crazy from your dock (w/ much success) and the girls enjoyed the turtles and the hammock. It made for more peaceful "house" time than usual. We really like Brewster--it's so centrally located, but peaceful and pretty. Thanks!! We had a great family vacation.

We just returned from the house at Elbow Pond - we had a great week there. My kids loved the Pond - particularly all the turtles around the dock!! We have been going to the Cape for a long time and had a very relaxing week at your house. I would recommend to anyone staying at your place with kids to check out the Sea Street Beach in Dennis - off Rte 6AEast and Rte 134... A beautiful beach with alot of tidal pools - great for smaller kids. I will return your key on Monday via snail mail.

We had a wonderful vacation! It was so quiet and relaxing at the house. We enjoyed canoing and swimming in the pond. The kids enjoyed feeding the turtles (bread crumbs). I'm not sure what our vacation plans are for next year, but if it involves a trip to Brewster we will definitely be in touch.

Dear Brian

We had a wonderful vacation in Cape Cod. Thank you for letting us stay at your house on Elbow Pond. It is beautiful on and around the pond. We were able to enjoy it on our canoe. The kids, ages 11, 9 & 6 loved fishing and feeding the turtles. We enjoyed all the different beaches and tidal pools (along Cape Cod Bay) as well. It was a perfect vacation, thank you.

We would love to stay at your house again if you are still renting, if we return to the Cape.
