Description of the Brewster vacation home rental

This 4 bedroom recently renovated home with new furniture and central air is a perfect place for a family vacation or romantic escape. It comfortably sleeps 8 with 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower for your convience. It also has a full bath on the uppper and lower levels. It has a beautiful kitchen and eating area, patio and grill. We also have a living area with cable TV and High-Speed internet access. There are 3 queen size beds on the main level and 2 twin beds in the lower level. The lower level is partially finished with easy access to the outside shower.

Come experience the Brewster Flats with only a 700 feet walk to a PRIVATE beach, from the house. Our home is located in a quiet and private area with pine trees, and many attractions near-by including fishing, hiking, horse back riding, shopping, biking, golfing, wine-tasting, whale watching and much more. This is a great place to create wonderful memories and to have a relaxing vacation.

• Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday
   
• Deposits: A 50% deposit plus the security deposit to rent the cottage; The additional 50% is required no later than 4 weeks before the check-in date.
   
• Other Fees: $300 Security Deposit. Once the property has been assessed, and no damage is found, the security deposit will be refunded.

we had a wonderful , relaxing time. the home was pleasantly decorated and had wonderful cozy colors throughout the cottage. it was very spacious, bigger than anticipated. the walk to private beach was short and enjoyable. the views were gorgeous. we loved staying there. the caretaker was friendly and helpful. we hope to return next year!!

My husband stayed at this cottage for one week in June. We have 2 children. A few other family members stayed with us as well (my parents and sisters). This rental suited us perfectly. It has a good size kitchen. The kitchen table has seating for 8. There is also a picnic table and hammock in the backyard. The street is very quite with few cars. The beach is a very short and easy walk. The Brewster beaches are great for kids. I hope to return to this rental in the future.

An amazing and beautiful home. Literally 2 minutes from a private beach, just down a path. Basement is actually bigger than described, with 3 beds and 2 futons. Home is in a good, relatively private area and is a 10 minute drive to a grocery store and other shopping. The owners are trustworthy and nice. The caretakers, who live in the adjacent lot, are also helpful and friendly. I rented this home with friends from the College of the Holy Cross as a way to celebrate our graduation. It worked very well for this use, but I can see how the home could easily work for a large family or several families wanting to spend a week on the Cape.
