Description of the Brewster vacation home rental

This 3 bedroom ranch is located in a very quiet Brewster neighborhood. Very safe for walking and biking around the neighborhood. The house will sleep 6 comfortably. We provide linens for your convenience and their is a washer/dryer in the basement for your use. The master bedroom is complete with closet space, TV and a private full bath (shower). A 2nd bedroom features two twin beds and again plenty of closet and dresser space. the 3rd bedroom features a twin bed (with a trundle bed beneath that can be pulled out if needed) and plenty of storage. The living room features plenty of seating, TV, VCR and stereo. The eat-in kitchen has slider doors that go out onto a covered deck. Eat in or out, your preference. The kitchen has all modern appliances, including a dishwasher for your convenience.

We invite you to relax in this quiet neighborhood. Sit out on the covered back deck and listen to the chirping birds and have a drink or read a book. It is the perfect place to relax, rejuvinate and rest. Prefer a more active vacation? You are minutes to the movies, boating, fishing, restaurants, mini-golf, bowling and the grocery store. Love to swim? You are a short drive to the beautiful Bay Beaches. The low tide exposes miles of sand bars each day which are great for walking and exploring sea life. Perfect for children and adults alike. The town beach pass ($50) includes parking for all 7 bay beaches in Brewster and the many fresh water ponds as well. Love to golf? You are about a mile to the entrance of the Ocean Edge Golf Resort or take a walk to the end of the street and peak out onto one of the greens. If you're a biker, walker or rollerblader, you'll love the fact that the 40 mile rail trail is just 1 mile away. And Nickerson State Park featuring boating, fishing, hiking and biking is just a mile down the road. Within 15 minutes you can choose to be in Orleans, Chatham or Harwich making this central location a plus.

When finding out our cottages that we rented for the last 20 years was no longer available, we looked on this site and found this rental. The owners were wonderful, the house location was perfect, close to just about everything. Would rent from them again.
