Description of the Brewster vacation home rental

This 3 bedroom ranch is located in a very quiet Brewster neighborhood. Very safe for walking and biking around the neighborhood. The house will sleeps 6. The entire interior has been re-painted within the last year. There is new living room furniture,a flat screen TV in the living room and WIFI are some of the recent upgrades. The master bedroom is complete with closet space, TV and a private full bath (shower). A 2nd bedroom features two twin beds and again plenty of closet and dresser space. The 3rd bedroom features a twin bed (with a trundle bed beneath that can be pulled out if needed) and plenty of storage. The living room features a DVD/VCR and stereo in addition to the TV. The eat-in kitchen has slider doors that go out onto a covered deck. Eat in or out, your preference. The kitchen has all modern appliances, including a dishwasher for your convenience. We provide sheets and towels for your convenience and there is a washer/dryer in the basement for your use.

Area Information

It is the perfect place to relax, rejuvinate and rest. Sit out on the deck, enjoy a cool breeze and read a book. Or if you prefer a more active vacation, you are minutes to the movies, boating, fishing, restaurants, mini-golf, bowling antique shopping on Rt. 6A, and the grocery store. Love to swim? You are a short drive to the beautiful Bay Beaches or it's not far to Nauset Beach in Orleands for the oceanside. Brewster is known for the "Brewster flats" miles of sand bars exposed each day at low tide. Great for walking, playing beach games and for the little ones to explore sea life. The town beach pass ($50 for the week) includes parking for all 7 bay beaches in Brewster and the many fresh water ponds as well. Love to golf? You are about a mile to the entrance of the Ocean Edge Golf Resort or take a walk to the end of the street and peak out onto one of the greens. If you're a biker, walker or rollerblader, you'll love the fact that the 40 mile rail trail is just 1 mile away. And Nickerson State Park, featuring boating, fishing, hiking and biking, is just a mile down the road. Within 15 minutes you can choose to be in Orleans, Chatham, Harwich or Dennis making this central location a plus.

We did enjoy Julie's house

The house in Brewster is very well located. There are everything you want for your stay, and everything was as expected when we arrived and very clean. Beds are very comportable and surroundings of the house are very calm. We appreciated to have lunch on the deck that stays cool even when it's hot. Last but not least, Julie was of great help, reactive and patient since it was à little bit tricky to reserve and make à deposit from France. We will be back to enjoy Cape Cod.

Very warm welcoming home, very comfortable. I got the beach pass for Brewster, but with my three teens we went to Anuset, which was a fifteen minute trip away. The owner, Julie, was very warm and easy to work with. We had a perfect week!

This is our 6th year staying at this cozy house on the cape, and we have had a great experience each time. It is ALWAYS neat as a pin and very clean upon arrival. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a great porch to enjoy off the back. It is very quiet and my kids love seeing the resident bunny rabbit hopping across the front yard each day. We can't wait to come back next year and maybe stay 2 weeks this time!
