Description of the Brewster vacation home rental
4-bedroom house on quiet street, private 1/2 acre property, overlooking Upper Mill Pond; large deck off of living room and master bedroom suite that overlooks lake; master suite has king bed, two lower-level bedrooms have twin beds each and 4th bedroom has queen bed, T.V., computer table. Fully equipped kitchen with all-clad pots for anyone who loves to cook; gas bbq grill on deck; deck furniture includes chaise, 3 chairs, tables and picnic table. House has wifi, cable TV, ceiling fans in kitchen, master bedroom, 4th bedroom, living room. House newly painted throughout and new carpeting throughout. Outside enclosed shower attached to house, with hot and cold water.
Area Description
Leland Road ends in a culdesak so only local residents use the street. The other end of Leland Road has a nice size beach and only houses that belong to the local association can use the beaches. There is no on-street parking. You can only use row boats/kyacks/sail boats on the lake...no motors are allowed which keeps the lake quiet and peaceful. Punckhorn State Park is across the lake, and there are a minimum number of houses situated right on the lake. Brewster is a quiet town on Cape Cod and the majority of homes are owned by full-time residents. Brewster is mid-cape and accessible to Provincetown in about 30 minutes, Orleans in 10 minutes, Hyannis in 15 minutes and 1 1/2 hours to Boston.
