Beautiful renovated home with all the amenities. Stainless steel appliances, lovely furnishings, master bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. The separate guest suite has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twins. They shore a common bath. The yard is very private, level and has numerous planting beds and birds galore. The home located on a sandy lane a short stoll to shops, restaurants and the bike trail There are only 257 parking spaces at Brewster's public bay beaches. Don't spend your vacation fighting for a parking space. Stroll to your own private neighborhood sandy, uncrowded beach. Call or email for lower shoulder week rates The best time to visit the Cape.

Great vacation house

We really enjoyed our stay at this house last summer and are returning this year. The house is adorable and it is very nicely furnished. The kitchen is very well equipt. The beatiful yard is very private and the beach is uncrowded. We had never stayed at a home with a private beach. It was great to be able to leave stuff there all week and not have to cart everything back and forth every day. No more crowded public beaches for us. We also walked to some really great restaurants.
