Very comfortable house with great yard in Brewster. Open floor plan with vaulted ceiling, skylights and sliding door out to deck and patio. Outdoor shower, gas grill. 3BR/2BA. Less than 1 Mile from Linnells Landing Beach. Amenities include Air Conditioned Bedrooms, Cable TV, High Speed Wireless Internet, Washer, Dryer and Dishwasher. Great for families on a quiet dead end road with fenced in yard adjacent to Cape Cod Rail Trail and Nickerson State Park. Great location! Biking, golf, shopping, mini golf, ice cream and beach are all close by. Beautiful sunsets!

Great vacation home

Thank you Patty & Steve for sharing your beautiful home with us. My family had a wonderful vacation. Your home is so charming and comfy. We loved being so close to the beaches, bike trails and Cobies (best sweet potato fries). We can't wait to come back to the Cape next summer. Thank you again.

A:Linnell Landing is less than 1 mile away. You can walk by way of the bike path and the cross 6A to Linnell Landing Rd.

Q:Is it a quiet neighborhood?

A:Yes, Puritan Drive is a dead end street.

Q:Where do I get a beach sticker?

A:Beach stickers are available at the Brewster town hall 7 days a week. Cost is $50 per week and can be used at all public beaches and ponds in Brewster
